I have a major mold job that has to be done and he has helped me through every aspect of it and even consulted with the other mold remitter who is required by law to do the job. I hired Turn Key for my inspection for the new home my husband and I may be purchasing. The inspector William Kimbel may have contacted me immediately , we may have schefuled the inspection for2 days later, Mr.Kimbel showed up at the address on time explained to me his process along with providing a binder with filled with forms to be signed and for not taking as we went through the house, He answered any and all questions I may have along the way and he was thoroughly knowledgeable and very courteous. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Inspector was very positive and took the time to explain how to improve or simply maintain area of the home. I felt that the inspector covered all areas of the home thoroughly and provided good insight into when certain items would need replacement or maintenance .

Bill showed up on time. At the conclusion of the inspection, he walked us through everything. He was good at explaining reasons that things were the way they were and what can and should be done to correct it. We received a full written summary the next morning.
