Description of Work: John, Vicki & Mike installed a beautiful 16 x 20 deck off the beautiful sliding doors they had previously done. The work was done fast and meticulously. I highly recommend them for any renovations.

Description of Work: John Hoagland and his team Vicki & Mike, stepped up when tragedy claimed the life of our contractor. they installed the windows we had ordered and already paid for and had scheduled for installation by adjusting their scheduled and fitting us in. Their work was excellent, they are considerate and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any work project.

Description of Work: Very reasonable price for house and garage roof tear off/replacement. Owner John Hoagland did estimate, answered questions and told us what was needed and not needed. Promptly emailed us his estimate and list of area roofing jobs his company had done that we could look at. Crew was skilled, very hardworking, fast, no loud music or offensive language, did good cleanup job. Definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Provider is, apparently, using his home phone as his business number as his answering machine has NO MENTION of his business. What you hear are various songs (I heard "Bare Necessities" from Disney's "The Jungle Book") better suited to a home phone than to someone running a reputable business. I called back, thinking I'd mis-dialed. Heard some unrecognizable, VERY LOUD tune when John (I assume the proprietor) finally picked up. I was calling to get an estimate on repairing some gutter/roof damage. I was told he no longer did that kind of work (despite his ads on his website to the contrary). The one GOOD thing he did was offer to give me numbers of other roofers. I declined as I'd already placed calls to several other companies.

Description of Work: I asked John to quote some roofing improvements that seemed necessary stemming from ice dam issues last winter. He arrived promptly and, after discussing my situation, it doesn't call for a roofing repair. John was very professional about not selling something that I didn't really need. In the course of discussion, it was very evident that he knows roofing very well and, although he is not doing any work this time, when the day comes that I need a roofing contractor, he'd be the first one I'd call.

At the completion of the service, he reviewed the findings and recommendations. He then followed-up with and email containing a written report and pictures to support the inspection. I would use this vendor service again.

I felt he gave me a very fair assessment of the situation and made me feel comfortable he was providing me the right service to fix our issue. I met with 5 contractors total and John gave me the best feeling. His staff showed up exactly when he said they would and completed both jobs in reasonable amount of time. Our roof looks great and the ceiling replaced looks great. I would definitely recommend John and Trinity Home Renovations and will use them for any projects for my home going forward.

+ -1 moreI interviewed at least 5 companies to get a new roof and was the most impressed with John from Trinity. Everyone was around the same price for our cape/colonial and we chose John based on reviews as well as a good feeling. His crew was on time, clean and professional. They installed a 50 year GAF system which included a shingle tear-off, synthetic underlayment, ice shield, ridge vents to replace our box vents and HD shingles. The work was very thorough and John and his crew did everything they said they would. We have since hired John's company to do a fireplace built-in and install laminate flooring. I would recommend Trinity to anyone and will use them as often as we have new work for them.

Even though John was backed up about twelve jobs when he came over to our home, he assured us that he would be able to help us soon as he possibly could. We were so impressed with John. It is so hard to find people in this line of work with the integrity and honesty that John has. We feel blessed to have found him. His work ethic and how he runs his business are a true statement of how he lives his life. Trinity is such a perfect name for his business. We look forward to working with John in the weeks to come.

+ -1 moreso far so good.....but I wanted to give a thumbs up for them before my Angie's List membership ends.
Description of Work: So far the job has not been completed. My membership to Angies List will be ending soon. But so far this has been a good experience. John has responded promptly every time I have had questions. He has made two stops out to look at the job and has made all the changes to the plans as I have asked. We have signed a contract to have the work done. I will have to say he won the job because he was by far the most professional and prepared person I dealt with. His price was on the lower end of what I had been told, but not the lowest. But the professionalism goes a long way for my wife and I. I promise, if this job goes bad somewhere along the line I will pay the few dollars to come back on here to tell people. But so far, so good. I can't wait to see the final product. We are working on an estimate of about a total of 12k depending on the materials I choose, but we'll see how it goes.

They do the work, if anything comes up that is unexpected your contacted right away, and together you figure out what the next step is. Work is high quality. I always feel so secure that what is being done it going to be lasting. The owner, does some of the work, and has sub-contractors that he works with on a regular basis. He has long standing relationships with the workers. He is there on site from time to time, checking to make sure and asking the workers to follow up if he sees anything. Pays attention to the finest detail to make sure the job is done right, If I have any questions about the work, he will come back to the site until I am completely satisfied with the work. He is really easy to work with. I don't get stressed out with them, I feel at ease. They clean up so well.
