John Wenderlich of the Mary Wenderlich Team was extremely helpful in selling our home of 49 years. The opportunity to move to senior living came up suddenly so we had to move fast. John explained what we needed to do and advised us on preparing the house. We discussed in depth the house, it’s condition both good and needing help. We had a relocation company help us clear out the house and move, in the space of six weeks. Then John quickly went to work, with help from Joe Arilotta in the office. He listed the house, receiving several dozen tours and almost 20 bids, in the space of less than a week. He did a great job going over the bids with us, and he suggested a lawyer. The whole process was quite easy! We were very grateful for his expertise and thoroughness. We would strongly recommend him to anyone selling a home.

We chose Mary because she was selling houses quickly with excellent listings (great descriptions and photos). We got an extremely savvy professional who guided us through the process and was always available by text and email. It went AMAZING!!! Nick was our realtor and he was just fantastic. We originally started with someone else at another office but it was not personable and it was getting us nowhere. Nick not only set up frequent notifications of homes in our criteria but he also took us to as many as we wanted. He understood what our needs were and what we were looking for and always gave us his honest opinion. Once we found the house we loved and couldnt get out of our minds he made it happen. He knew we were trying to find and close on our home fast because we were expecting our baby and be made that possible. We ended up closing in just under 1 1/2 months. Our seller was complicated and very difficult but we did have to deal with it that much because Nick fought for us and took alot of the burden off of us. This could have been a nightmare but Nick made it as stress free as he could. Nick remains to stay in contact with us and has become a friend of ours. We have now been in our home for 2yrs already as of the 19th of this month. We owe it to Nick's dedication to us finding what we were looking for exactly without!!

Would recommend Nick Wenderlich and the Mary Wenderlich team to anyone! As a 2 physician household we wanted to aggressively shop homes, however had a tight schedule to do so. Most of our free time ended up being in the evening (7 or 8pm), however this was no problem for Nick! He was always incredibly responsive and accommodating, getting us any walkthrough we wanted no matter the short notice. Once we found the house we wanted he assisted us in acting fast to help get an offer together in a couple of hours. It turned out our seller (and her realtor) were very difficult to work with and the seller was actually living on the west coast. His persistence allowed negotiations to conclude as seamlessly as possible. We love our new home!

John Wenderlich did a great job representing me during this transaction. My girlfriend and I worked with Nick Wenderlich of the Mary Wenderlich Team. We are thrilled with the excellent work Nick did for us! I had previously worked with Nick on buying my first house 5 years earlier, and both then and most recently Nick has worked tirelessly to make sure I'm happy with the process and the home. On the most current home purchase my girlfriend and I were particularly picky since it is our first home together. Nick was always available to talk, and was quick to schedule showings at anytime (which was really important in this busy market!). He always had great information, and made sure we understood everything that was happening. Nick and The Mary Wenderlich team are a big reason why we now have our dream home. We won't need them for a while hopefully, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again on our next home purchase.

We worked with John Wenderlich of the Mary Wenderlich team and he provided us a top notch experience when we purchased our home. We happened to be paired up with John through submitting an inquiry form for a house on Zillow. A few things we noted about John and his team were timeliness, consistent communication, honesty and knowledge. John spoke with us on the phone, set up an initial meeting prior to seeing a house of interest, and sat down to listen to our wants, needs and desires in a house and everything that goes with it. He openly stated that he would not recommend houses to us, but instead set up a personalized search engine that met all of our requirements (city/town, school district, number of bedrooms, attached garage, lot space, etc.) and allow us to choose the houses we wanted to see. We loved this because we didn't want to feel pressured to go through houses that didn't match our interests or budget. Once we found houses of interest, he promptly scheduled appointments with us to walk through the house, being very flexible with our busy schedule. John dedicated much time to us successfully finding a home that we have loved from the moment we stepped inside. Though he did not recommend houses, he gave his honest opinion when inside the house if we asked for it. He never once pushed us in one direction or another, he allowed my parents to come in and ask questions, look around, etc. John had wonderful knowledge of all the surrounding areas, pulled comps and offered suggestions and input through the negotiation process when we put in an offer. John also had a strong list of recommendations for inspectors, electricians, lawyers, etc. to help the entirety of the process go so smoothly. John and the others in the Mary Wenderlich group are sure not to disappoint in any way. They go above and beyond to get the house you are dreaming of, spending time to show and walk through the houses you are interested in seeing, without any pressure to put an offer in. We cannot say enough great things about John to our family and friends and will always recommend him to anyone we know that will be house hunting!
