This team was a recommendation, and I'm so glad I took it because I can't speak highly enough for the people working there. I worked primarily with Casey and John, and they went above and beyond in helping me find my new home. Joe was extremely communicative and upbeat, and kept me in the loop for every step of the process and every update I received was clear and concise. When my first deal fell through due to seller issues, they didn't give up on me and encouraged me to hang in there. They gave me multiple loan options, helped me find financing, recommended homeowner's insurance, and genuinely made me feel like they cared about me as a person. My housing search ended up taking over a year due to various circumstances, and not once did they make me feel like I was a burden or that I wasn't good enough to work with them because of my financial situation. If for any reason I need to go through this process again, I can't think of a single office I would trust more than this one.

They explained the whole process and made sure every decision I had to make was what I wanted to do for the best overall outcome. He kept info from me that he knew that I did not know. I am newly widowed senior who knew nothing about selling my home in a fragile state. He knew I was buying a home in Fl. I told him I needed someone to drive me & my dog to Fl. Nick told me I can drive U & the dog. I was so excited that he would do this for me. I trusted and believed him. I told Nick upfront my nephew my buy my home if he does my nephew plans on using an Attorney. I then told Wenderlich I can still use him 2 do the paper work 4 me & my nephew could use an Attorney. I thought my nephew was just being cautious 2 have someone look at the paper work on his behalf. Nick W made me believe I needed a realtor 2 do what had 2 be done even if my nephew bought my home. Nick was happy 2 no I would still use him 2 do the paper work. Not once did he ever tell me in the state of NY everyone has to have a attorney & does not need a realtor. He kept that from me and I had no clue. I called him back told him my nephew is buying my home & asked him if he still needed 2 do the paper work & what would I be charged? He said he would charge me 3% of the home sale of 190k. I said U don't have 2 do any pictures open houses or showing's just paperwork. So I asked him if he could give me a break because he knew I am a SS with just 1 income now as my husband just passed away. So we agreed on $4000.00. I didn't like it but thought I had no choice.(SO I THOUGHT)He came to my home with papers 4 me 2 sign & towards the end he gave me a paper showing I needed an attorney. I asked him why I would have 2 do this & spend more money when I have him doing the papers. He then said,oh everyone in NY has 2 have an Attorney. He knew I was baffled & didn't understand. He told me no worries I will get U an Attorney 4 no more than $500 & have it close 2 your home as I could not drive 2 far. Still baffled I signed the papers as I trusted him. He was going 2 drive me to Fl. After signing everything Nick left I sent him a text & said, U are still going 2 drive me 2 Fl.correct. He wrote back,I can't leave my wife & baby 4 that long. I was so hurt & then so mad I told him I will be leaving him a review on line so anyone who looks him up will see the review. I just don't ever want him to take advantage of anyone again. At first he said,( after talking 2 my wife she said I can drive U to Fl) I THOUGHT WOW, How could I ever trust him 2 do that. I told him no thanks but I would like some of my money back as he took advantage of me. He said no & he said he didn't care if I left him a bad review. I even told my Attorney I was so shocked & baffled as how someone could charge $4000 4 45 minutes of time doing paper work. What bothers me the most is,all Nick Wenderlich had 2 do is be up front with me tell me 2 just use an Attorney & save yourself $4000. He knew I had no Idea what was going on. I tried to work something out with Wenderlich & told him I feel his time is worth something but not $4000. Even the Attorney only gets $500.00. He told me, I don't agree with U. Nick really believes its ok 2 lie by admission & take advantage as long as it is not an out & out lie. I still feel that MR W should pay me back & I don't want 2 ever see someone else be taken advantage of or be lied 2. Everything I have written here is 100% true & I used all text corresponding with Nick Wenderlich so I have proof. I HOPE MY INFO HELPS.

Excellent service to questions and process.

Mary and her assistant Joe are the two most professional people I have ever had the privilege of working with. Mary came to all meetings prepared with facts and figures that really helped us make the right decisions. She understood the market and guided us through the process. She and Joe initiated communication throughout the process and kept us informed as the deal progressed. But what really set Mary apart was her sensitivity and compassion given we were selling our recently-deceased Mother's home. Although selling a home is a business deal, Mary really understood that this was a difficult time for our family and truly made things as easy as possible for us. I didn't know Mary going into this process, but she has earned all of my real estate business going forward.

This is our second time selling a home with the Mary Wenderlich Team. Obviously the first experience was a pleasure, thus we called them again when deciding to sell our home. Mary, John and Joe were all very responsive and professional in all aspects of the selling and closing process. We highly recommend this real-estate team.
