Terminix - Rochester -Termite & Pest Control

Description of Work: I retained them for bee and spider control. I had to call them back 2x afterwards bc it was not done properly. Just this month (Dec., 2015), I had to call a company out to service another item and that item was not working bc an old bee hive was in it! It had never been cleaned out! Cost me over $125 to fix!!! I was bitten by a spider following the treatments. Poor response to calls and making appointments. I'll never use them again.

Description of Work: I quick doing business with Terminix, because I thought they were too expensive and they wanted to keep increasing the services. They are also not a local company either. They send emails and mailing frequently.

Description of Work: They are very reliable and they come when they say they will. They take care of the problem and I am on annual plan with them.

Description of Work: We used them several years ago for pest control. We live near a lake and we had spiders. They sprayed the exterior of the home and it work.

Description of Work: I like the tech who did the work and he was great. Their scheduling was terrible and the lack of communication was problematic. I have animals and I didn’t want them to be outside during and after the treatment. I called to cancel one of the appointments, since I went on vacation and Terminix showed up and did a treatment any way; which they also sent me a bill for, even after I called them to acknowledge that.

Description of Work: Eradicate carpenter ants. They were prompt and professional. Came back very quickly when more showed up.

Description of Work: They were very responsive in giving me material data sheet information on all their chemicals and were able to respond to my request to selectively target the problem carpenter ants and not the wide variety that their standard service includes. |I would be concerned over their broad application of a variety of pesticides in their standard treatment . The other consideration is that their contract is self renewing, unless specifically canceled by the consumer.

Description of Work: Have had a long standing problem with Carpenter Ants. Terminex is the second company I've had come out for me. They have been excellent. I have sort of a unique house and we have had some trouble locating the nest, so I've ended up calling them a few times for follow up sessions. They have been real responsive and sent a two person team earlier this week. Am hopeful that my ant problem is now solved. Outstanding customer service.
