They are excellent. I refer them to everyone I know. They are very honest and reasonable with their estimates and prices.

They were very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Their fee was very low for the excellent service they provided.

I tried Star Rooter after reading reviews and seeing that they had Sat hours. I called after 5:00 on a Friday, and the owner called me back later that night. He was able to schedule someone to come the next day, which I greatly appreciated. Eric was punctual, neat, and professional. It is a very old faucet but he was able to find very reasonable replacement parts at Debbie's Supply and fix it. I will definitely call them the next time we need a plumber!

Jeff from Star Rooter is by far the best and most honest plumber I have ever had...He came out on a SUNDAY afternoon and did more than I expected for the price he quoted... Fixed the clog and replaced the piping and still stayed within his estimate with the materials included and again this was all on a SUNDAY... Then when he took off the 10% discount for Angie's customers I was blown away by all he did for such a small price... I bought a coupon a couple months ago from Angie's List for another Contractor, it was a $200 worth of plumbing for $99 and they did no where near the work that Star Rooter did.. I will never buy a coupon again because I felt the contractor just inflated his price to compensate for it and I just found out that was true. Call Star Rooter for your next job you can trust them...

It went well it was dry for a month and then water started coming in . I then called them again but because of scheduling they were not able to come in until August.This time the owner came himself and noticed that the valve was defective. He changed it and seal it again. We will be watching it to make sure .....Overall I am happy with the service- a bit pricey but what can I do - I am not a plumber.

They did an excellent job. I asked to be called the following week when I would be able to be home and they respected my request. I was called exactly when asked and they were on site the following day as I requested. They were very polite, knowledgeable and professional and had no trouble with me hanging around asking questions (I felt like they treated me as a partner). They ran a cable through the drain and the water receded immediately. They then took the time to look at a similar problem I was having with my garage drain and diagnosed the problem at no charge. As a courtesy, they removed the standing water in the garage at no charge and explained long term solutions. I had several other estimates which did not come close to comparing to Star Rooter. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again for other plumbing issues in the future.

Heavy rains caused a half inch of water to back up onto my basement floor overnight. The next morning I called Star Rooter, and they sent a guy out by late afternoon to snake the backup. The serviceman spent about 2 hrs thoroughly snaking the clog (approx 30 feet away) until he was positive that the problem was resolved. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, quality of service, and competitive pricing of Star Rooter. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Jeff confirmed that all drains were intact and functioning properly, and referred us to a colleague specializing in yard drainage and foundation repairs. Although he had quoted us $125 for the camera inspection, he did not charge us for this service since he could not perform the repairs. Was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.

My drains had been running slow and finally backed up Friday. I called a local plumber and was told i needed to dig up my yard to repair my pipe. The cost was very high, so I wanted another estimate. I called Star Rooter and the gentleman responded promptly. He was very polite when he asked me what was going on, since my plumbing knowledge is limited. He recommended that he try and cable the line and if he could not clear it, there would be no cost. He made several attempt and finally cleared the line. He then put a camera in the line to insure it was clear and there were no further problems. He cleaned up the area and explained his guarantee. I paid his stated fee of $185.00,knowing I could have paid thousands. I now have an honest plumber I can truly rely on.

I left two messages on the same day for Jeff, and he did not call me back. The following morning, I left a message asking that if he didn't want to work with me anymore, could he refer me to another plumber. Jeff has been my plumber for about a year, and even though he had forgotten about me before and had been late, I liked him, felt his work was good and his prices very reasonable. He called me right back after I left this message, and when I was able to call him back in the afternoon, he apologized, said he had been busy on a big project and he would contact one of his workers to see if he could come out the next day. Jeff assured me he would call me back to let me know one way or the other. I never received a phone call, and I have no choice but to call another plumber. Two days later Jeff called, but I still will not use him again.

I was impressed by their professional and attention to detail. They were prompt, they were very courteous, and they were good with my dogs.
