Description of Work: The root rooter serviceman plunged the drain for approx. a half hour before resorting to snaking the drain. The plunging worked,which was a cost difference of approx. $300. So my savings was in the service mans best interest.

Description of Work: We had Tim as our technician. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a backed up kitchen sink and a waterfall in our basement! Tim was able to pinpoint the problem quickly (and accurately!), and repaired the mess efficiently.

Description of Work: Sewer line was snaked - problem came back a couple of weeks later and they returned to snake again. The original work was warrantied for 6 months. Used a camera on the second trip to trouble shoot and found a small leak about 50 feet from the house. Upon finding this leak - the warranty was voided ... I will use a different company to repair the leak. The snaking in our finished basement got mud and whatever on walls and carpet - requiring carpet cleaning and a rusty substance from the snake stained our driveway.

+ -1 moreTHEY HAD TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO RE-DO THE WORK, BECAUSE THE WATER WAS STILL BACKING UP. THEY DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB THE FIRST TIME. THIS COMPANY WAS WAY OVERPRICED. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
