Description of Work: Oz, one of the owners, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved that the store had large floor sections installed that we could look at. Oz helped us find the right floor for us, and was patient with indecision and changes on our part. He travelled to our house 2 or 3 times personally, and we live an hour away from Rochester. His installation company was good in all ways (I think they are Excel flooring).

Description of Work: Complete new flooring in a good-sized Living Room/Dining area - removed old carpet, put down new floor and applied 3 finish coats. Also noted that Kitchen floor did not have finish (quarter round) moldings under appliances and sink so they agreed to put these in and give the kitchen a last finish coat (as part of the deal) when they did the Living Room so the two areas would blend nicely. |Crew was friendly and efficient - also did a "picture frame" molding around our Fireplace and a tile area that we wanted inside the slider door to the deck. |Couldn't be more pleased!!
