Description of Work: Very poor product, the 2 workers were only in each apartment maybe 2-3 minutes. Very little spraying done. Roaches still there so called them back to repeat spraying. They eventually came back but wouldn't spray because they said the tenants hadn't cleaned up enough for them to do their job. It was picked up enough for them to spray they just didn't really want to do the job. Finally came back again and didn't spend more than 10 minutes inside 2 apartments. Nothing changed, roaches completely still there. Eventually I had to pay another company to do the job which was done the first time and they didn't have to come back again. Rcd is a very very poorly run business with just 2 workers who wear no protective gear at all and the product just doesn't do anything. They were quite rude and totally unprofessional.

Description of Work: I called RCD for a possible mouse problem, he suggested a few things I could do myself and if that didn't work to call him back. Thank you Bob. I called one other exterminator (from Angie's list) and was given a 240.00 estimate over the phone. RCD is now my exterminator whenever I may need one .

Description of Work: My home was successfully treated for carpenter ants. The April service involved interior and exterior treatments. The second treatment, in August, was exterior only at a cost of $125.00. There will be two more treatments involving interior and exterior each at a cost of $125.00. There is a 2 year guarantee with no charge for service, if needed, during the second year. Total cost is $550.00 which seems high to me but the service has been professional and effective. I do not believe any other company provides a two year guarantee.
