Emergency call on a weekend in Ontario last minute service. I am highly allergic and have a 2-year-old daughter we were not comfortable waiting until Monday to get someone out. the had someone out to help us within an hour of calling.

The first treatment RCD applied did the trick, even though we had been trying a hardware store product every day for weeks. Wish we had called them sooner!

I phoned RCD exterminating, who called right back and arrived at our house within 15 minutes. He studied the bees for several minutes and positively identified them as honeybees. He said that it's illegal to kill them, but that they'd be gone in a few weeks. I'm so grateful that he spent the time and energy to identify them in person for me, and at no charge. I trust his evaluation, as he rid us of a hive of other stinging insects a few years ago.

He was quick, efficient, and thorough.

RCD took my call on a Saturday and arrived to assess my situation within an hour. The technician was knowledgeable, explained what he would do and I haven't seen a wasp since. Price was right and service was great.

Great! The technician explained how he was going to do the job, what insecticide he was going to use, and why it would be effective. Since then, I've seen only 2 yellow jackets, both on the ground, dead.

Jerry came out to the house for an inspection and did a nice job of explaining their service. The initial treatment was very thorough, both inside and outside. We also paid for a year of follow-up visits and for the outside treatments during nice weather we did not have to be home - they would just leave the invoice on the front door and we mailed them a check. We did not see any more ants after the second treatment, and have not seen any since. We will probably have them back this spring to spray the outside before the bugs get going.

They performed the service as described. We signed a 2 year-contract for exterior follow up treatments. They gave us the Angies discount that was running at the time of service. We had a carpenter ant problem and now we don't seem to have that problem. I've seen a handful since the treatment and as I understand it, that is to be expected. I've seen many more dead. They will return if we deem necessary but I sure the poison is doing its thing and eliminating the problem.

They did a fantastic job. They even did a second spray as well. I recommend them.

I called and was able to schedule service within 24 hours to take care of mice in my basement. The exterminator set out bait traps in a few different areas and put some steel wool into holes from the outside. He pointed out where I should make repairs. I had been told on the phone they would look around the attic but upon arrival he said he couldn't do that due to insurance reasons, so he just peeked his head up there and put some bait. I'm not sure how much a service like this should cost, but I was just happy they could come out quickly. Hopefully we won't have any more issues. They also have a 6 month guarantee.

They are very great and they have very nice guys and understand what they are doing. I haven't had any follow up issues. Since sometimes their work is exterior, I do not have to be there to supervise them.

The bait traps were put into places where the mice might go -- in the kitchen under the sink and behind the stove and in the basement near places where mouse droppings were visible. Yesterday, I inspected the traps and found that the ones in the basement were empty of the bait and left in two pieces indicating mice had been present to take the bait. I called RCD and they will come out again tomorrow to refill the bait. I have used RCD several times this year, and they have done well in eliminating the pests. (The first time was for carpenter ants.)

I originally hired this company because of the good reviews and seasonal guarantee. There were several bees nests to be taken care of (in the ground, under deck, gutter, behind shutter) and I was told these could be addressed. Although I was appreciative of the company standing by its "we will come out as many times as we need to" this still didn't address the issue. However I felt like each time I called I was more than bothering the technician to pay a return visit when the problems weren't taken care of. Despite 4 visits and one month later when the bees started burying themselves further behind the shutter and started getting in the house, I was informed that all they could do was spray from the ground. The technician informed me they were not "handymen" and cannot climb ladders to reach my gutter or remove shutters. So I would consider a different company if your problem lies above, behind or under something as now I need to hire a someone else to do the job I hired this company for in the first place. I tried reaching the owner to discuss my dissatisfaction but he could not be reached and the technician seemed less than pleased to try to solve the problem. Needless to say I will be hiring a different company in the spring.

They were wonderful. They did what they said they would do and them some. they ended up coming back 4 times,because the bees kept making new tunnels. But they never gave up! If you EVER need help with pests,you will not be sorry calling them.

After a small mix-up on the date he was supposed to come out (things happen, they were very apologetic and showed up right on time for when we rescheduled), we had a very good experience with them. We didn't end up hiring, since we were doing everything they told us to do. They followed up with a recommendation on who to contact about filling the holes in our brick mortar (the likely point of entry for the mice) since they did not do that kind of work. We didn't end up using their services beyond the initial inspection, but we definitely will call them first if we ever need pest control in the future.

The provider was really nice, he gave me option on the service and the price. he contacted the tenants and worked well with their schedule. He was well versed in his business and explained it really well to me.

Things turned out good with them. I spent I think between $200 and $250 or something like that with them. They were very prompt and they arrived when they said that they would arrive. The gentleman that did the spraying was extremely nice and informative. The gentleman that I dealt with on the phone to set things up was also very nice and informative. I thought that their pricing was typical.

Good! I called them twice and they told me it was not necessary for them to come out unless what they told me failed to work. I liked them even more. They get back to you quickly and they are helpful. They explained the problem and what to expect. It was a 2 year guarantee for carpentry ants and they were on time. I did not have any problems. They are a little expensive but they have a 2 year guarantee.

They were outstanding. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They left a ton of information for us on carpenter ants. The price was reasonable.

RCD did the job. No pests. Not very professional. Price higher than current provider. New provider is friendlier, cheaper and will come back without fuss if needed (not so with RCD).

Initial contact: RCD has a front line phone service to take your information and service request and they have someone get back to you. Due to some issue on their end, the first couple times that I call didn't flag someone to get back to me. I called a third time the next day and the owner promptly returned my call and apologized for the delay. He was extremely helpful in talking through my critter issues and took the time to give me things to look for to help determine what may be in my ceiling. He didn't try to sell any unnecessary services. Appointment: I was able to get an appointment that same week and was given an approximate time that they would arrive. Jerry, the serviceman, called me in route and showed up right on time. He was friendly, professional and eager to help. Service was performed quickly and so far my bee levels have been far less. The level of ants that I see in the house has been reduced as well. I am happy with the service and would use them again.
