Description of Work: This was my first treatment for carpenter ant extermination. The gentlemen who serviced the house were professional and tidy. They moved quickly from room to room removing outlet covers to spray inside the walls without disrupting any furnishings. They explained what they did and how the remainder of the treatments will be conducted and payments will be collected after each treatment. The whole process was well organized, well communicated, worth the value.

Description of Work: came very next day,and sprayed for the bees. needed to have them back 3 days later . bees are gone and we are happy with their services.would call them in the future.

Description of Work: They exterminated for bees & wasps as well as ants. We have no more ants, but despite warning them about the wasp nests we had last year in our playhouse, our daughter still got stung this year by a wasp that had built a nest there. They did come out and spray again free of charge a day later.

Description of Work: They treated for carpenter ants (and other insects, they said). The ants pretty much disappeared. The agreement requires them to come back two more times over the next year or two. We'll know for sure how effective it is after those treatments.

Description of Work: Owner attempted to spray for bees in area above front doorway (about 15 feet above the ground.) His ladder was not long enough to reach the full area, however he did spray all areas he could reach. | |He was very professional and did state if we continue to have problems to call and he would come back. | |I would use this provider in the future, however I would give more detail to him prior to his visit so he had all of the equipment necessary to reach the bees.

Description of Work: Gentlemen were very professional in dealing with carpenter ants - removed each switchplate and socket cover to put solution in the walls after spraying the outside. Knowledgeable, clean and thorough.

Description of Work: I was seeing some carpenter ants for several weeks, and I found a dead chipmunk in my unfinished basement. RCD put powder in the walls for the carpenter ants and some material around the exterior along the foundation for the vermin. Since their work, now one month ago, I have not had any problems.

Description of Work: We called RCD for help with getting rid of mice. Before they came, we tried a variety of our own approaches, including sealing up some holes and putting out traps. The rep that came to our house (on a Saturday) did a thorough walk-through, checked all the locations where we had evidence of mice, and ended up telling us that our current methods were exactly what he would recommend. The only thing he said he might add is a stronger poison, which he could do if the problem persisted. He did not charge us for the visit, even when we said we wanted to offer him something for his time. I was impressed by such professionalism and especially so when I had read on AL that many pest control companies will try to get you to sign up for a service regardless of your inquiry. We would certainly call RCD if we had a problem again.

Description of Work: After they resolved my initial problem I am now using their services on a monthly contract. They are professional, show up on time, effectively deal with problems, explain things clearly. I think exterminator pricing in general is high, but I do feel I'm getting my best value with this company compared to others I've used or researched.
