I called the number listed at 8:00AM, at 8:23 Tim returned my call and we arranged for him to come to my home between 12:30 and 1:00PM.He arrived at 12:15, assessed the situation and began treating the area where the bees seemed to be entering. He completed the work and was on his way by 12:45 saying that I should call if we noticed any bees after Wednesday.I was relieved to have the problem taken care of with in such a short time. I will definitely use them again if the need arrises and will certainly give an outstanding recommendation to anyone !

He is a great guy. He is the best at what he does, and he is very entertaining while he works. He gets an A+ for everything, I have used him for years and will continue to do so.

I filled out an on line application for a free home inspection/estimate. My wife and I thought we had problems with carpenter ants or worse, with termites. Within one hour of submitting my request, the owner of the company was calling me to hear my concerns and set up a time to send out someone to our house. Tim Berardi showed up before our 10 AM appointment and took the time to listen to our findings and concerns. Tim then did a complete home inspection and gave us his professional advice on how best to defend our home. Although we do not need the services of RCD at this time, both my wife an I were extemely satisfied with the service and treatement we received. If we ever needed to use RCD, we would definitely feel confident that we were getting the best service for our money.

I found them on Angie's List. They are very reliable. They are my regular exterminators. They usually have somebody come in and take care of any immediate problem that I have. They come back every 30 days to rebate the traps. I've got termites in my lovely house. They usually come and go without bothering me or anything. They are a local company and I feel really strongly about supporting a locally based company as apposed to massive franchised chains. I would continue to use them in the future.

Tim came out initially to help us determine what our problem was. He confirmed our suspicion of carpenter ants and explained the ants' life cycle and how they affect our home. After comparing several companies, we booked an appointment with RCD . They were punctual and did their job efficiently, even getting around all of our junk in the basement. They answered any questions we had and provided a packet of papers on what chemicals they had used. They reassured us that what they were using was safe for our dogs. Tim also told us about their service guarantee. Within days the ants were gone; where the ants had tunneled through a door sill, there was now a scattering of dead ants. The whole process was fast and unobtrusive and Tim and his partner were very personable.

Two men came to the house. One worked upstairs and the other down. They also did the basement and outside the perimeter of the house. They were very professional. It was a completely painless procedure and didn't cause any disruption in my house what-so-ever and I was watching my grandkids. I would definitely hire them again.

They were excellent. They chose us because we posted on a website that we needed pre-extermination and they called us. We don't know if it was a fair price because we didn't benchmark it. He called me on a Sunday and we would use him again in a heartbeat.

RCD Exterminating is very thorough and professional. They come out and spray inside and outside the house. They know me and I trust them to do whatever they have to do. The price is alright for the amount of work they do. I would recommend them to others.

I've never hired anyone before, so I guess RCD Exterminating did an okay job. They did fix the ant problem, and they came back when I had a problem again. They are very nice and friendly. They told me what they were doing, so I was very well informed during the process.
