RCD was difficult to work with and hard to get them back when we can't solve the problem. It took two weeks to get them back. It was too expensive for what he did. He said he was very busy. I would not recommend him. He was very unresponsive. He didn't return the phone call. When he finally showed up, he wasn't very pleasant. He was annoyed that he had to come back. It's pretty mediocre.

It went fine. They didn't come when they said they would. I don't remember how much it cost. I haven't seen bees since they came. They did not come when they said they would.

The spiders were gone instantly. The bees were gone for a day or two (the weather was also in the 50s on those two days), but came back. The beetles were unfortunately still there. He came out two weeks later and resprayed the interior of the house and garage. There have been significantly less beetles in the garage and just one in the house since then. He also dusted for the carpenter bees the second time and they have not been back since. I've given up on the chipmunks as long as they do not enter our house. Even if we killed a few with the poison, our neighborhood is overrun with them so there is only so much we can do. Overall, we were very happy with the work done and we'd be very happy to use RCD in the future. Sam was very patient with my husband and I pointing out everywhere we wanted to make sure he sprayed (I have a minor fear of the beetles) so it was great that he made sure we were happy.

They promptly came out and treated our house and left a tag on the door. So far we have noticed less bees near our house! So far so good.

Response for a quote was prompt and thorough. They worked with our landlord to ensure any permissions and payment arrangements were acceptable BEFORE moving forward. The house was treated; we had some work to do before and after, but we were fully informed and prepared by the provider. The problem did not resolve after first treatment (as we were informed by the provider it may not) and they had to return. They did and after another treatment - and subsequent removal of some furniture and belongings, the problem was resolved.

On time, very professional and know their stuff. Haven't seen a single ant since then

Recently I heard some type of animal behind the wall which is connected to the attic. Knowing that this may be a significant issue both financially and to our home I decided to purchase an Angie's List account to ensure I was only working with the most reputable company. I arranged results based on highest rating, looked at those near me, read the reviews and was pleased to find RCD Exterminating. Here's the short, and depressing chain of events: 5/18/14, 8:07 PM, Sunday - I submit a report via their website and also contact their primary line. I was pleasantly surprised that they have someone answering the phone outside of standard hours. I was told someone would contact me back. 5/20/14, 3:42 PM, Tuesday - I have not received a call back, I call, re-submit all my information, operator apologizes and says I will receive a call back. 5/21/14, 4:22 PM, Wednesday - I have not received a call back, I call, re-submit all my information, operator apologizes again and says I will receive a call back. 5/22/14, 2:58 PM, Thursday - I have not received a call back, I call, luckily I do not have to re-submit the whole story this time. I asked if there was another number I could call. Let them know I purchased an Angie's List account for this. They apologized and said I would receive a call back. 5/22/14, 4:50 PM, Thursday - CALLED BACK, WHOOO HOO!!! Gentleman said he could not get to us until the following week. No worries, I understand it's a busy season, I'm just glad to be contacted back. He said Wed or Thu. I asked if he knew AM or PM so my wife and I could arrange our work schedules. He said he'd let us know once he finalized his schedule for this week. FAST FORWARD A WEEK 5/29/14, Now, 9:50 PM, Thursday - I was not contacted back when he finalized his schedule, nor did he show up yesterday or today. Genuinely disappointed. Purchased this service to avoid this exact situation.

John arrived exactly within the time given. Very polite and attentive to my descriptions. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and careful in the spraying work. He answered my questions (chemical spraying is really a last resort for me) and was extremely careful around my garden areas. That was much appreciated. I feel sure they will be standing by the work. I look forward to no more hornet attacks! It is good to know we have a guarantee throughout the summer/fall.

When he came into the basement he sprayed a small bees nest on the right side to a floor joist. He never looked on the left side of the floor joist where there was an 18 inch round bees nest which should have been taken care of.

Made 4 visits to verify bed bugs were gone. Very punctual and knowledgeable.

We had RCD here for two visits. I did have to call twice for the first visit, my second call, made two days after the first, was promptly returned. The owner sent a workman over the next day (non emergency). The fellow was pleasant and very professional. He evaluated the situation and put in whatever he needed to, to prevent the wasps (entereing an area above our kitchen ceiling)) from entering our home through the ceiling. He told us if we still heard the yellow jackets "buzzing" or had further problems within the next three days, he'd return and reapply the materials at no charge. Although we didn't notice anymore "hum" from the bees we decided to have the whole house treated since we have large numbers of yellow jackets entering the nooks and crannies of our home. So far so good, the remaining yellow jackets seem to be looking elsewhere. We'd prefer to discouage rather than kill the bees, so next year we will be proactive and use the services of RCD early which we understand may discourage their entry.

Arrived early which is very good, did the job in about an hour which is also very good. Professional and very knowledgeable. Overall excellent. Highly recommend and will use again.

I called this company twice to request an estimate. I left a message with the person that answered their phone but they never returned my calls. I don't know how they got such a good rating with this poor customer service.

The experience was great. They were very professional and personable. They went through my whole house and explained what they were going to do and also took the time to explain the different products they use and exactly how it works on the pest. They guarantee there work from May- December. Compared to most companies the price is very reasonable. Bob the owner takes great pride in his company and shows great appreciation for his customers. It was refreshing to deal with a company that understands quality, professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing an exterminator. A++++++!

One of the things that's unique about these guys is that they have a 2-year warranty. So they're going to treat the house for a year. They do the inside and outside the first time. Then they're going to come back and do the outside again in August. When the weather gets cooler, come inside and treat the house again. Then next May, they'll do the inside and outside. It's guaranteed for 2 years. Nobody has a 2-year guarantee that I saw on Angie's List. It's like a program where they come out and just make sure everything's really gone. It's a little different. It's a little more expensive. I think I might've read that in there that they were a little more expensive. I have seen results. It seems like they've completely killed them all inside and outside.

Very smooth. They did one room first and closed it off then did the outside. came back in and mooved me to the one room that had been treated (roughly after 30 min), closed off and did the other rooms. Suggested waiting ~ 1hr before using other rooms. My indoor cat was fine, also. They have a six month gurantee. Told me to wait 2 weeks before asking them to come back if I felt the bugs were not under control. I did not have specific treatment for termites, ants or cockroaches. Their quote was lower than another quote I had gotten and I had used RCD previously before- their treatment is effective.

They have been excellent and have been helpful with managing bees and wasps. They also guaranteed that if they return to the nesting site by December, they will come back out to spray at no charge.

We found carpenter ants and called Bob. He and his assistant, Sam went through our entire house and put their special powder. The came back two years later for a follow up treatment. We have not had any problems since they were here. I highly recommend them.

I was not happy with RCD Exterminating, Inc. I thought they were overpriced and I felt like they didn't believe me. They did what they were supposed to do. They weren't very sensitive to what I wanted done. I asked them to do something extra at the end and it seemed like they were bothered by it.

Have not seen an ant since the first treatment.

we emailed RCD for treatment of roaches at a rental unit. It went as expected. RCD is always great to personally call and notify the tenants, help them to prepare for the service, follow up with us regarding condition and offers a great warranty. Prices are fair, service is excellent, communication is great.

Everything went very well from the initial phone call to a very polite and professional answering service. I received a call from Tim within about an hour, and we discussed the problem and pricing. Tim was able to come over that day and treated the area where I had seen the bees entering the side of the house. He gave me his personal number to call in case I needed to contact him. I did have to do so because the bees entered the house through a space between the molding and the plaster in our 1926 house. We did have a problem with bees coming into the house over the next few days, but the bees were very slow-moving and easy to step on and remove. Tim had told me to call him if we continued to see bees after a couple of days. We did continue to see the bees, so I called him and he came over within a couple of hours. He treated the space between the molding and the plaster at no extra charge. Tim was friendly, helpful and very responsive to our problem. I would recommend RCD Exterminating.

've had a bee problem all summer and discovered yellow jackets were in a conspicuous place in the soffit. I sent a message through Angie's list to RCD that evening and had a response first thing. I spoke with Bob and he had a person out that afternoon and stated he would treat the whole house since only doing a partial may not resolve the issue. When I came home the work was done and no bees! They lived up to their A reputation on Angie's list. Very satisfied customer.
