I made the call and got the answering service. My call was returned within 1 hour and we set up a service time. They were prompt, speedy and very professional. I have given their telephone # out to many of my family and friends.

Our gas dryer suddenly stopped working. I tried fruitlessly to figure out what might be going on, gave up, and contacted Pro-Tech by phone (based on good reviews from Angie's list, and on them being relatively close to where I live). I was told by the lady on the phone that he was booked pretty solidly that day, but he might be able to squeeze me in. But he could be there the next day for sure. A few hours later, I got a call saying he could in fact get to our house that day. He came right when I was told he would. He diagnosed the problem (broken belt) quickly and had it repaired in about 30 minutes.

Overall, the response, service, advise, and cost was excellent. This was my first complete experience with an Angie's List vendor. I hope all subsequent experiences are half as good.

When I called they were able to make an appointment for the next day. I was told that he would be there between 9 and 1. He was there at 10, and done by 11. Punctual and quick. Very professional, helpful and informative. Advised me against making an expensive repair, telling me ways that I could deal with the problem without spending more money on the stove. I would definitely use Pro-Tech again, and recommend them.

The repair person arrived very promptly, was very friendly, and easily fixed the problem with minimal cost. He also did a little 'preventative maintenance' on a piece of the washer, at no additional cost. The washer is now working completely fine with no issues whatsoever. While the repair was flawless, I was honestly and pleasantly surprised at the relative minimal cost of the job.

We had a great experience. We contacted the repairman on a Monday and due to a high number of other customers and jobs, he wasn't able to come until later in the week. However, the wait was well worth it. The repair was completed quickly and at a reasonable price (i.e., much lower than a large national chain was going to charge us). We were very happy and would recommend Pro-Tech's services.

the person who answered the phone told me that they don't service front-load washers, parts are expensive and many problems are due to the advance electronics. referred me to Jeff Micelli, 442-8690.

It was an easy fix - thanks to Rod. He quickly diagnosed the problem and in 15 minutes installed the new part. The dryer is working very well.

I called around 10:00 in the morning and the repairman had it fixed by 1:00 after he had completed a couple of other jobs earlier! He was friendly and very efficient.

When the oven didn't work, we thought it was the igniter and called mid afternoon. The very nice receptionist called to see if he could come that day. It was too late but he came the next day. He did a much less expensive repair. The oven works great!

My call was answered by a very friendly and enthusiastic receptionist. I asked for an estimate over the phone for how much it would be to replace the ignitor and she obliged. This was important for me as I was debating whether to repair or replace the range. The estimate was quite reasonable so they sent someone out that afternoon. Rod Swikehardt arrived promptly and replaced the part quickly. He was efficient, professional and informative, and the repair was much less than I would have paid with a company such as Sears. I just wish I had known about Pro-Tech before I had Sears repair my washing machine last month!

We have used them in the past and we have been very happy with them. They repaired the washing machine twice, so that saved us from having to buy a new one. We have a high efficiency water heater and after a power outage it was malfunctioning. I called them and they were very good about leading me so I could fix it myself, which I was able to do with their guidance, and at no charge.

Tremendous. Was here for all of 20 minutes and knew his stuff inside and out. Be advised that labor rate has gone up to $59.95, including trip, but even so, this was much less than it would have cost with someone else. RECOMMENDED!

He was very responsive to my calls. When I told him in a message what my problem was, he gave me a tip over the phone, and it worked! He did quote prices, and I thought it was very fair! I would definitely recommend him to others, and I would call him if I have any problems in the future.

THE TWO MEN ARRIVED AT AGREED DATE AND TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK IN AN EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY HAD TO WORK IN TIGHT QUARTERS AND THE VENT INSTALLATION WAS DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF WATER AND DRAIN PIPES. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.

Pro-Tech was very good. I would highly recommend them. They did some troubleshooting, and it only took them ten or fifteen minutes to find out what the problem was. They were very good people to work with.

Pro Tech Appliance comes within hours of my call. I have hired him for other jobs this year as well. I respect his work and his word. These days that means a lot.

I would refer Protech Service to a friend. They do a good job. I only hire good companies and have used them several times over the years.

Ive had a great experience with this company. Whenever I call, he tries to come out the same day. Hes very reasonable with his prices, and he does quality work. My children even use his service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
