Showed on time, did the job as advertised. Very professional.

The technician replaced the springs in the same visit. Everything he found and did was thoroughly explained to me. I am very happy with the service I got and would recommend Precision Door service.

I bought the deal on Angie's List. The technician, Mark, arrived on time, and did a great job of resolving the problem. The door wouldn't always close and I would have to try several times before it closed. He changed the rollers, tuned up the settings on the motor, and he fixed the outside key pad for opening the garage. He also gave me a few tips on garage door maintenance. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them.

I looked up the garage door and Precision Garage Door had most reviews including the positive reviews but there were few negatives. However, I decided go with the most reviewed service provider, Precision Door, and trusted Angies' list. I called Precision, she couldn't provide a quote. She said a technician needs to come out and take a look but they would charge $50 for coming out to the house. A guy from Precision Garage arrived early at my house and called me with many different problems. It sounded like everything was wrong but I told him to work on what is needed. He quoted me $375 for the minimum to address the issue. However, the most services I saw in the Angies list costed around $150 and didn't know why it cost so much. Since I didn't want to waste $50, I told him to work on the minimum to address the problem. When I came home, I met the technician and he wasn't talkative. However, he did work on it and charged $380. Wow... I felt this is pricey but I paid him. When I looked at the receipt, he charged $100 for torsion tube, $100 for two cable drums, $70 for cable.. $50 for coming to my house and other items. I wasn't sure whether he was making up the prices or not. I was very disappointed with Precision and don't think I will use Precision Garage Door anymore. My neighbor changed the springs sometime ago and it costed him less than $200 from Tracy. So I called Tracy and they quoted me less than ~$170 for the same work performed by Precision. Tracy would charge $28 for the torsion tube, $13 for drums and so on. Precision charged more than twice than Tracy. Again, I am very disappointed in Precision's price. I would be careful and if you want to use Precision, I would compare prices first. Try to get the quote over the phone. In my case, they didn't provide a quote.

It went very well. The technician was right on time, suggested what else needed to be done in addition to a tune up.

Arrived on time, work was completed in a timely manner. They were very personable and professional. I used them once after that for an after hours call on a snowy night. The gentleman was very apologetic about getting to me so late but apparently the service didn't inform him of my call until a few hours later.

.The door was adjusted, lubricated, and the rollers replaced as promised in the advertisement. The tech reviewed the current condition of the door and the door opener and suggested possible replacement of a couple of items down the road but that it was not necessary at this time. There was no up-sell pressure for any additional products or services. He was in and out in under 30 minutes and lubricated the door without making a mess (which a previous company did). The door operation is much quieter and smoother after their work. I will likely look to Precision for any future maintenance

They ordered the wrong door, but once they got the right door in they offered to install a garage door opener that I had purchased for free. So it worked out great!

Response was quick and able to schedule the garage door tune up within a few days. We already knew the door will need to be replaced at some point, but the technician was able to get it re-balanced and running much more smoothly. The new rollers are also quite a bit quieter. Info for a replacement door was provided but without pressure. We will likely have Precision Garage Door install the replacement when the time comes.

Showed up on time. Called in half an hour earlier to notify. Drew did excellent job. Listened to our requests, was very courteous and professional. GREAT JOB! will use it again!

Came a bit earlier than scheduled but I told him he could go in the garage till I arrived...I walked up the driveway and my garage door opened up to greet me! , very polite, efficient. Even had an opener remote on hand that I could purchase...

The technician called and said he would be earlier than the anticipated time slot. I gave him permission to enter the garage, as I would not be home until after he arrived. He called shortly afterwards and told me that there was a component inside of my 15-year old opener that had worn out. The replacement component would cost $250 or it would be $450 to replace the entire unit. I opted to replace the entire unit. By the time I returned home, he had already taken down the old unit and was installing the new one. The technician explained exactly what was going on and said he would let me know when he was finished. When he was done, he helped me connect the opener with my car (Homelink system). The system is so new that it was not compatible with the technology in my car, and he came back a few days later with an additional receiver so that it could be setup properly. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Precision Door.

They scheduled an appointment the next day after I got the coupon from Angie's List. They came in on time and changed the rollers. They also replaced the springs. Garage door works like new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Technician (Mr. Drew Stewart) was exactly on time (8 a.m.). Explained exactly what was needed and what was NOT needed.Very professional. Will definitely request him should our garage doors require any other service.

They came out and told us they could do all the repair work but we would spend 1/2 the cost of a new door. We ended up deciding to get a new door. We picked out the door at the show room and he came out on a very cold day and worked all day getting it installed. He was very pleasant and we enjoyed working with him. A couple of days we noticed a dent in the top panel; we contacted them and they came right out and it was manufacturer defect and they replaced the top panel with no issue. We also added a new garage door opener upon the install.

February 2015 was a terrible time for my garage door not to close. I canceled my appointment with another company because: (1) Precision has an excellent Angie's List rating; (2) their website has a video that taught me about my options for garage door openers; (3) the other company gave me a price that was $100 cheaper, but didn't offer me opener options, nor did they tell me what opener they'd be installing; and (4) Precision was able to come on Sunday ... only a day earlier than the other company, but I didn't have to take time off work. I was very impressed when I received an appointment-confirmation email giving me the name of my technician, along with a photo of him!

Drew came out to repair a couple things. Couldn't be happier with his work and the knowledge and tips he shared. He even called to mention he was running late which was appreciated.

Outstanding!! Ron called to let us know when he would arrive and appeared within minutes of that time. He inspected the door and opener and explained the problems and what needed to be repaired and replaced and got the job done. He saved the day for us!
