I called to set an appointment with Precision for a garage door tune up and inspection and they were able to fit me in within a week. Felix was the technician that came out to do the work, and he gave me a call before the original start time to let me know he could be there early. Felix was cordial, courteous and professional and completed the work quickly and gave me a full report on what he had done and inspected. I was very pleased with the work and how quickly it was accomplished.

Super fast, excellent work. A real professional and left me wondering why it took me so long to just get it done right. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. I'm thrilled!!!!!

Excellent work completed quickly by their representatives. Asked them to assess the health of doors and opener, to which they responded honestly without attempting to sell me on services or hardware. Appreciated their professionalism and honesty.

Service was not completed. Due to the age of our door and current condition. There price would not cover repairing the door. They suggested purchasing a new door vs. attempting a repair on our current door. I contacted them via phone (messages for a refund) As far as I can tell reviewing bank statements we never received a refund! I can not rate this company other than they did respond in a timely manor and did provide solutions. But they did not provide a refund as far as I can tell. If in fact they did I have no negative comments other than what I consider a misleading ad.

The installer was on time and professional. He told us what he was going to do and how to maintain the garage door in the future. I was very happy with the service.

The service person was informative, friendly, and prompt. He explained how while the door's mechanisms would not fail immediately, they were in the window of potential failure. I decided for the expanded service as that made the most sense.

Provider was on time and both gentlemen were very professional and friendly. Discussed options for new door and spring system as well since my door is original to house (45 years old, yikes!) and probably has the original lift system as well (double yikes!).

Mark was very professional and provided great communications prior to arriving at our home. The service had immediate positive results with the door opening and closing much smoother and significantly quieter. Mark also helped figure out a problem we were having with one of our remotes opening a neighbor's garage door. He graciously assisted the neighbor with resetting their system so that our remote no longer opened their garage door. We were all very appreciative of the extra effort and care Mark provided beyond the scope of the job. Precision Garage Door Service definitely has my future business. Thank you!

Arrived exactly on time and went right to work. My service tech was Dave - very polite - very professional. In three hours, everything was replace and all the old door, track and garage door opener removed. Really impressed with this company. Professional all the way.

We ended up opting for an entirely new door, rather than go with the tune-up offer. It was still a great deal, with excellent service. We'd use them again for sure.

Poorly - they refused to honor the quoted price and when I called the office back and was told that there was no misunderstanding, I decided to look elsewhere.

I was very happy with the service I received. They responded to my inquiry to schedule a service visit promptly and came right when they said they would. The man who came was very professional and got my garage door working smoothly and beautifully. I would definitely call them again!

After making an appointment -- great phone service -- Ron Kull the local owner, showed up on time, provided me with options, literature and estimates... very straight forward experience. Ron answered all my questions including those about my garage door openers (old ones that I rebuilt and wanted to keep) ... they will hook them up just fine. If there is a problem his trucks carry ones if needed or I change my mind. I use Angies List -- pretty much swear by it -- and chose Precision as it was top rated. On the other hand, I like to shop and for me at least this wasn't a small investment so I contacted the "2nd" rated company. While the salesman who showed up was okay, he lacked the professionalism of Precision (oh and the price was lower for what appeared to be comparable doors). I made an appointment with Precision who showed up on time. The installer Mark Sherman was also very professional. He worked steadily and safely. He replaced all my hardware, very carefully calibrated a number of aspects of the new doors and cleaned up all traces of his work including the old material. He seemed to have a ton of experience -- not just some subcontractor or guy who "picked this up recently". Mark attached my openers and gave me some information about maintaining my doors (e.g. don't grease the wheels, use the right lubricant). I can't recall how long it took but it didn't take long, perhaps 1/2 a day at most. I have owned the doors for several months now and they work flawlessly... I am a happy guy. One more note, my son who lives in Honeoye Falls, NY, had an enormous double bay door fail when both springs let go. While he was thinking of doing the work himself ... what could go wrong? the springs cost "X" and he saw a YouTube about replacement. I convinced him to avoid the risk of injury and at least call Precision. They showed up that afternoon and did the job quickly and safely (I have heard about many injuries repairing springs) for not much more/a very reasonable amount more than it would have taken to buy the parts himself. Curiously in the "nothing is easy" category of things, there were unexpected problems my son probably would have needed help to solve and Precision took care of them easily. I recommend Precision and Ron Kull's team. I don't give "straight A's" lightly.

My appointment was set up promptly. The technician arrived on time and was professional about the job. After the work was done, the garage door moves up and down much better. Very satisfied.

Our kids managed to derail the Garage Door. We bought the $115 tune-up + roller replacement package, and explained the situation. Precision fixed the problem (which turned out to be minor), and did the tune-up and roller replacement, all in about 30 minutes. Professional attitude, prompt service, and a job well done.

I contacted Precision to get quotes to replace two garage door openers. I contacted them because they were highly rated on Angie's List. Precision's process that I was exposed to is to provide quotes over the phone. They provided me with their standard quote for the openers that I specified. That went fine. What happened since is what has led to my rating. Since I am replacing two openers at the same time, I asked if there was a price break available since Precision would be making one trip to replace two openers. The first level agent who provided the standard quote could not answer that. I asked to speak to a manager which the first level agent agreed to facilitate. After being unable to reach the manager, they took a message and assured me that my call would be returned by the manager. After my first attempt, I did hear back from the manager (she left me a voicemail). However, after returning her call and then making several follow up attempts, I never heard back from her. I have since scheduled to have another company do this work.

we have an old door with remote control opener. one of the cables of the door broke. as a coincidence, there was a special on servicing the door, including all rollers. so we got this deal. instead of replacing the rollers they replaced the cables and added safety cables on the old door. they also worked on the mechanism to make everything run smooth. very friendly and professional.

Worked efficiently and showed me how to keep the sensors clean and to make sure they're lined up.
