Description of Work: The deal was to lubricate/tune up the garage door fixtures and install new rollers. We also asked them to put a lock on the door, which they did. It now works so well that we no longer feel the need to get a whole new door assembly.

Description of Work: I needed emergent garage door repairs and called the company that had installed them many years prior. That other company could not help for a few days, which is just not an option when your garage door is wide open and unable to be closed. Precision not only was able to get to the job in the same day, but the tech showed up about an hour early and politely advised that he could come back if him being early was not convenient. Amazing! He did great work quickly. The company emailed a pic and profile of the tech ahead of time, which is a great service. I will never use another company. This is literally one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Description of Work: Believe it was a total replacement of all rollers, cables, springs, hardware, etc. on garage door and opener. The repairman showed well within the window assigned and completed the work much more quickly than I expected. The price was a bit more than anticipated, but was well worth it. Overall, fantastic service and will be using Precision for any future service needs.

Description of Work: They replaced both torsional garage door springs. They also replaced the pulley and center bearings. They inspected and greased the door roller bearings. I was pleased with their knowledge and work. I would definitely use them again.

Added rubber wheels to doors to reduce noise. | |Ron was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything I did not need: he recommended replacing the opener, but told me the doors themselves still had a good ten years of service in them. Mark did the replacement. He was prompt and efficient and took time to explain tyhe new system to me. Overall a good experience.
