Description of Work: It was the Angie's List garage door tuneup. It included replacing all of the rollers. The tech recommended replacing the springs,cables, and bearings. However, the quote price included the tuneup. When I asked if the tuneup cost could be deducted, since the work was already done and paid for, I was told no. This doesn't make sense to me.

Description of Work: Garage door horizontal track pulled off it's support leading to damage to track and framing. The tech arrived on time, but I did not hear him knock or phone call due to being in a remote part of the house. I called him back and he returned, but the situation put him behind on his schedule. Repairs were made using existing hardware and the addition of a bracket. | |Initially there was an alignment problem with the new bracket which was corrected. The technician was courteous and efficient. Pricing seems a bit high. | |

Description of Work: I purchased the Garage door tune up package for $115, valued at $300. The technician was polite and punctual, but stated that I should replace the spring and cables in addition to the tune up. This was an additional $235. Not the best value in my opinion. Would definitely price out the job in more detail in the future.
