He not only gave me a thorough rundown of all possible work he may need to do, along with the costs, but then was able to do the minimal (cost) work, and he did it in what seemed like a matter of minutes - replacing the springs and quieting the rollers, restoring perfect functioning of my door.

Was really impressed with all aspects of this garage door service. - Representative was on time (actually a bit early, but he had called to find out if that would be ok) - Drew Stewart was very knowledgeable and completely fixed the problem with the noise; door bracket had pulled away from the garage and the original belt adjustment was too tight. He reattached the bracket, lubed all mechanical parts and adjusted the belt tension. Garage door has been working very well now for several months since the service call. - Drew did a great job explaining everything going on with the door and what several different options might be, both short term and long term - Time scheduled was relatively quick and fit my schedule - Was very impressed with both the service tech and the company. Will definitely call them again!

They were able to install it within a couple days of my inquiry. Ron, the owner, arrived exactly when scheduled, quickly installed it himself and for a very reasonable price. While he was there he also answered some other questions I had about the door and another garage door on the premises.

Amazingly well. All 3 experiences were quick, courteous and professional. I first met with Mark last year via a tune-up coupon to replace the garage wheels and overall check up. I shared with Mark a few concerns I had and he shared his opinion, gave me his card, and I said I'd be in touch next year if I have more issues. Well, this year, the cable popped off again and figured it was time to call the pros instead of doing DIY. Ron came out first as I was considering I may need full replacement -- I did not, and Ron shared his professional opinion that I didn't need a full replacement, but needed proper cables (that you can't get from Home Depot) and possibly a replacement on the spring. But otherwise, was in good order. Felix came out a few days later to do the work -- within the hour, he was able to replace the cables and spring. He was only there to do cables and assessment - but after sharing and demonstrating his concerns on the spring not supporting the door, we decided it would be best to replace that as well.

It was fine. They tuned up the garage door just like they said they would. The garage door people were fine. They were good. We didn’t pay any extra so that was fine for what they did. He was on time and he informed my wife about what they were doing and all kinds of stuff. They came when they said they would. They were on time. He explained a lot to my wife. My wife was already here and he knocked on the door, she didn’t hear him so he sat on the driveway and called her.

My technician was Mark...he was prompt, friendly and efficient based on my tight schedule. He did all the work as promised in the ad and made recommendations for do-it-yourself products that I could use and for a new opener when the time comes without being pushy or making me feel like I had to do something I didn't want to do. I would definitely use this company again and would request Mark if that was possible to do.
