Description of Work: Appointment was for a tune- up. Door was a bit noisy & jerky. I ended up purchasing new nylon rollers which did help quiet the door along with the tune up to tighten chain & lube. They were very prompt (early even). Tech was quick and efficient, polite & reviewed everything.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's list special for a garage door tune-up and replacement of rollers. Often my door would open and stop a foot at a time or so (installed by another company). Precision adjusted the door, lubricated everything, and provided a free opinion on replacement of a dented door panel (they recommended against it, even though it was worth extra money to them.)
