Precision Garage Door Service

Took approx. 3 hrs. from start to finish. Ron cleaned up after himself and left the place spotless! Felt bad that he had to work in bitter cold temps but he worked fast and the door looks great!

Did a great job! He replaced the parts that needed replacing, along with the remotes. The doors, which have been a problem for years, are now working beautifully.

Installed a new garage door opener and garage door rollers. Extremely responsive, great response time. Did not seek out other estimates.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out okay. The problem I'm having is that the garage door isn't going down, like it wasn't going right. Really what it is is it's the opener that's not working right. I wasn't thinking when I ordered the service. He got here then he explained to me that I was not having a problem with my door, I was having a problem with the opener. Since I already paid for it, he replaced the rollers and said he'll see if he can make an adjustment to get the door working the right way. Then he said that the door and the opener are kind of a cheap model and he was right because we bought the house and the people selling it were fixing it up, trying to make it nice and not getting the best things they can get. He said he doesn't like the rails because they have bolts that are kind of exposed inside the rail. He said he is going to replace the wheels since that was what I bought and make the adjustments and he did. The door works better now that he made the adjustments. The thing that I don't like is the new wheels that he put in there don't really match the rest of the equipment so now when it goes up and down, those wheels smash against the bolts there inside of the rail. I'm sorry that I did it and I wish I had just called someone out to take a look at it first. I would have been better off. He was a nice guy and he was good, but I would probably call the company that originally put it in. Their name is on a sticker on the inside of the door and they are A+ rated too on Angie's List so I should have called that guy because that was the guy who came in and put the door in originally. I wish he hadn't put the wheels on because they don't really match. I wouldn't call him back. If I come and look at it, this isn't really the service that you want. He should have said he wouldn't place the wheels on the door because they aren't the real wheels for my door. It was like it was what you paid for so I'm going to put them on anyway. This is what I always say to people that come to my house, "If this was your house, what would you do?" A lot of times from service people, I get a different answer than what they are about to do to my house. I should have asked him, "If this was your garage door, what would you do? Would you put wheels on this door?" You don't think of those things when people are here sometimes. He was professional and it was like he knew what he was doing. I would recommend the guy. I think he knows exactly what he was doing, he was knowledgeable, he was friendly, he was on time, and he was polite. I would just call the other place that had put the door in. I would try them out.

The maintenance work on my two garage doors went well no complaints. In addition the technician took the time to install the safety cables I was missing on the springs (I provided cables). Prior to the work I have been noticing a small gap were the top left side of one door no longer covers the garage door opening. I asked about it and did not receive a clear answer about the cause.

He was very professional and personable. He replaced the metal rollers with nylon ones. I didn't know a garage door could be that quiet! He diagnosed the problem with the sensor quickly and the repair was so simple there was no charge. Now the door operates properly. I am very pleased.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out well. The gentleman who came over was very good. The service was for a client of mine, and I was there when they came. He was on time, we had a deal on fixing the garage door. He also found another issue with the garage door, and he was able to fix that. I paid extra for the additional service.The price was good. I would use them again in the future.

They were very prompt. The person that was here was very nice, he explained everything to me and I was pleased with the service.

Josh was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the tune-up, and then made the additional repairs that I requested. I'm very pleased with the results and will be sure to call this company in the spring when I need a second garage door opener installed.

Neat, professional, on time, quick, thorough, and went above and beyond!! Not only did they come over and give me options and a free estimate, but when I had them come back to do the work, they were everything you'd hope for, and more. They even replaced a piece of trim that had fallen off my garage without me asking. I have a detached garage, and was fortunate that it was pretty level, so the job was done quicker than we had expected. It has been installed for a month now, and it works beautifully.

Went well, came early as next job was further away and they were not ready for him. Door works well and he was very informative and personable.

We were very pleased with the ease of making an appointment, that the repairman was very prompt and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. We were also able to apply a coupon we had purchased through Angie's List. Not that we want any more broken garage doors, but if we would need repairs, we would definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again.

Ron was on time, replaced the rollers and did all the other tune up services. The garage door is in much better shape now. He was also very patient to answer my questions and concerns about the garage door. I'm happy with the service and will use Precision again.

Technician Felix installed a new garage door for me on one of the hottest afternoons this summer. He was friendly, prompt and answered all of my questions during the initial visit for estimate, and also during the installation. I would definitely refer this company to anyone.

they came when scheduled on time. Work efficiently and properly. Old parts came out , new parts went in without delay or problems. The new door and opener with 2 remotes works and looks great. All parts of this re-do are of high quality. They recommended a higher grade opener motor for durability and quietness of operation. It works smoothly and totally quietly. Excellent! Mark arrived timely, did a great job (despite intense heat that day that was very hard to work in), and was very concerned with doing a quality job. The door is beautiful, the opener works like a dream. Everything went great.

I'd called several garage door places for estimates and having no luck. The provider's either didn't call me back, were too high priced or gave me an estimate and when I did call back, didn't recall visiting my residence. After a few months of this, I saw Precision Garage Door Service was rated high on Angie's list on the booklet we receive in the mail. So I thought, and quot;why notand quot; - I called them on a Thursday and Ronnie Kull came out the same day and gave me an estimate within minutes of his arrival. After having several garage door places come out to give estimates - Ronnie didn't mess around and was no salesman, which I preferred. He took just a few minutes and gave me the estimate - $575.00. I knew right away, based on the other estimates I'd received, that I was going to hire Precision. I didn't know at the time, he is the owner! I was impressed at the fact that the owner came out to give an estimate! Being a new customer, I received $30 off my garage door price and my garage door was installed that Sunday! Josh came out to install my new door and it only took a couple of hours. Josh was very polite and explained everything to me when he completed the job. I wished I'd found them sooner but at this point, I'm just very glad I'd found Precision. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their garage door replaced or fixed. They're prices are reasonable and they do the job well!
