Description of Work: A hinge broke on the garage door, which prevented it from opening and closing smoothly. I had purchased a service deal through Angie's list, which covered the basics. As it turned out, Precision had to replace the door springs. They also were able to fix the hinge, which saved me from replacing the entire door. Great job...very satisfied. Highly, recommend this company.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $115 for a Garage Door Tune-Up PLUS Replacement of the Garage Door Rollers! That service turned out just fine and they did a fine job.

Description of Work: They called once at an inopportune time to schedule an appointment. I asked that they call back and have not heard back from them in several weeks. I tried to find their phone number from Angie's List emails and have not yet succeeded. I do need to follow up with them, but I wish they had called me back as they said they would.

Description of Work: Took advantage of an Angie's List deal for garage door maintenance. The service tech Ron was very personable and finished the job in less than a half-an-hour. I would definitely use Precision again for any garage door needs.

Description of Work: My double wide garage door was making terrible screeching noice every time it operated. I saw this deal that included a full inspection and full set of rollers and I decided to take advantage of it and I am so glad I did! The service tech was prompt and fast, completing the job in less than an hour. He balanced the door and replaced all the old metal rollers with nylon rollers that will not wear out I would most definately use this company again .
