The crew was on time, friendly, professional, and dis a very careful and nice job of cleaning the carpet better than previous provider. The coffee spill stain and the noticeable areas in front of where chairs and a sofa had been disappeared with their treatment. The only surprise was the Angie's List special was for $47 for an empty room carpet cleaning, BUT...the minimum charge was for two rooms which was not learned until after the purchase of the special. However, aside from that, the did a great job and I will use them again.

I went with them because of recommendations from someone else. It went fine.

The carpets are much brighter than before cleaning. The heavy traffic area out of the kitchen into the dining room was renovated like new and the rest of the carpet. Minor re-securing a carpet edge at a threshold was also done. This was our second use of this provider, chosen because of the superior work done in the prior residence. We recommend the provider to you.

Very responsive in discussing over the phone and in the turn around of the service when we took the rugs in for cleaning.

From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! We desperately needed to get our stinky couch cleaned before company arrived for the holidays. The couch had stains as well thanks to a chronically sneezing kitty. In the past I've tried renting a machine and cleaning the couch myself, which did a fairly good job at getting out the stains but hardly touched the dog odor. (The couch went from smelling like dog to smelling like wet dog - yuck!) When I reached out to Pinnacle, Kevin was incredibly responsive. We talked about what I wanted to have done, (the sofa and an area rug) Kevin quoted me a price and they were able to come out within days! The guys that came to my house were very professional and did an excellent job getting the stains out of the sofa ... it looks like new! The smell improved as well, though not as much as I hoped. When I shared this with Kevin, he immediately offered to come back to try another product at no cost! The guys came back the next day, and I couldn't be happier with the results!!! Every single person I spoke with at Pinnacle was so pleasant and had a great attitude - they didn't make excuses or make me feel uncomfortable when I was disappointed with the smell initially, which I greatly appreciated - and the end result was everything I hoped for! I will definitely be using Pinnacle again in the future, and highly recommend them!

The owner, Kevin, did our carpets himself. I was impressed. Very professional, informative, thorough, and, best of all, they look good. We had our living room and hallway carpets done. I will not hesitate to pass their name along.

Jesse and Edgar, my service providers, did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, super polite and professional, were very efficient, and best of all, they really took the time to do a great job. There was no rushing around speeding through a light cleaning. This was very thorough. They worked well as a team where each was working on a task and always made sure that their hoses never rubbed against my railings or woodwork. They have their truck equipped with fresh HOT water so they weren't using my cold water from the outside faucet. There are some traffic areas that still show the wear, but they are definitely cleaner even in those hard areas. They left a bottle of professional strength spotter and deodorizer for me to use. They are committed to customer satisfaction and left a survey for followup. My carpets are nearly 15 years old and they look practically new. I would recommend this company to everyone.

My husband and I just bought our first house. We had the hardwoods refinished but there were two rooms that did not have hardwoods underneath the carpeting. We cannot afford to replace the carpets at this time, but we knew the carpets were very dirty and old. We wanted to at least have them cleaned to feel better about having to keep them. Pinnacle staff is very friendly and professional on the phone and in person. The cleaning took about an hour total (for both rooms) and the results were fantastic. I knew that we wouldn't be able to get all the stains out, but the results were better than I had hoped for. The carpets look and smell fantastic and I am confident they have been cleaned thoroughly and no longer HATE that I have to keep the carpets in these rooms for the time being. Thank you, Pinnacle!

Pinnacle Eco Clean was polite and accommodating when booking by phone. Two workers arrived on time, were respectable and very courteous and used custom-equipped van in the driveway to power their machines, causing minimal noise and power demands in the house. They did a superb cleaning job in three rooms (up and down), leaving rugs un-spotted and clean with no residue. Their bill matched the estimate, and they finished and were out in 1 1/2 hrs.

Hire these guys, if you want happy carpets.

I really wanted the edges of the carpet cleaned in order to help us not have to buy new carpets. They were quite accommodating, very professional and did a good job. They called me several times trying to get us because I turned down the first date that we had arranged as it wouldn’t work.

Just as we were starting to decorate for the holidays and just days before our big party, our dog suffered an intestinal problem that caused him to have diarrhea throughout the night over a 6 foot area of white carpet in our living room! The stains were dark and I couldn't remove any with the several cleaners I tried. We were actually considering cutting up the ruined carpet because the odor was so bad that I couldn't have guests come into the house. Then we decided to invest in the cleaning. Pinnacle, who I have used many times for routine carpet cleaning, made a special effort to come because of our upcoming party and were confident that they could clean up the stains. They worked hard and used lots of cleaning solution but they got ALL of the stain out. I could not believe it! No odor, beautiful white carpet, great party!

It went great - they did an amazing job on all counts - they ended up not doing one room that we removed carpet in and they provided a full refund for that room - I can't say enough good things about this company. The sales person that came out to do a quote was very responsive and the two technicians that came of the day of the cleaning very nice and efficient.

Living room is 12 x 18, hall is 6 x 7. Arrived on time and explained everything as he worked. He moved the furniture and placed blocks under each leg before he left. My carpet looks brand new again. I will definitely hire them again and have told many friends how friendly they are and the great job they did.

I took advantage of a coupon to clean the carpets in my brother's apartment for $47 per room. This special offer was for empty rooms where no vacuuming was required. My brother's apartment was indeed empty and vacuumed so it was a timely offer. The cleaning made the carpets look like new, except where there was a worn spot which they have no control of. I'm happy with their price, performance, and outcome.
