Description of Work: Read a previous review on Angies list on carpet cleaning. I called Pinnacle, as a result of what I read. The owner came out and did the estimate. We were concerned about the job from the start, we have never had our carpet cleaned. The carpet in my house, was new 10 years ago, and at the time, a high quality carpet. A light beige color, and with the traffic pattern, a puppy marking, a spot, and wear, it was in rough shape. Kevin told us" I can't guarantee that the dog will stop marking as a result of the cleaning...the reason being is..the deodorizer would have to get under the carpet, get the source, and then be extracted, so it could dry." In order for him to do that we would be looking at $500 for the cleaning, for that I'd get a new carpet, just didn't make sense. He told us he would really lay a heavy coat of deodorizer and work it in real good in the area she was marking, hopefully that will stop the dog from going." I got the estimate, and really didn't price the competition because in dealing with Kevin I could tell he was honest and very experienced at what he does-over 30 years doing it, he told me. I watched Kevin and his daughter do all the work. He knew what he was doing, took the time to do a quality job, went over and over areas that were particularly stained, and spent a good amount of time on the carpeted stairway. He told me my carpet was very good, and a good decision to purchase better carpet, because it wears better and cleans better-good to know. I was shocked at how fantastic everything looked when finished-incredible. I would have never have bet the carpet would look that good. His equipment is state of the art. He told me the machine he uses to do the rug, inside the house costs $3,500 alone, with the stationary component in the van valued at $50, 000. My initial investment, 10 years ago on that carpet was $2,500. After Kevin cleaned mine, it looked like I just bought a new carpet for only $125 plus $3.20 in NYS sales tax! I have hard wood floors and I mentioned something to Kevin about getting those re-done. He gave me two references, and said that both of them were very good. He knows his field well. If you are interested in getting a carpet cleaned professionally-I'd say the guys who advertise for $99 a room, don't hold a candle to how Kevin operates. If you want it done right, reasonably and fast-Pinnacle is the way to go. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Pinnacle Cleaning cleaned all interior carpeting from my upstairs, my first level and my professionally finished basement and home office. Some carpets were area carpets, some wall to wall and two sets of stairs.

Description of Work: I had a 8 X 10 wool area rug picked-up and cleaned. The men that came out to pick up the rug where very personable, courteous and on-time. They were careful not to mark any walls with the heavy rug. The rug was returned on the date requested-very clean. Equal care was taken to place the rug back in the room.
