My furnace was looked at as normal check. Determined unfit to run. Scheduled install for new furnace. Hot water tank 5 days later and they were here 7:00 a.m. next morning to install hot water tank. Outstanding service!!!

Two knowledgeable , young techs carried out installation. Very timely and efficient.

My first contact was with Katie, just great! Salesman Mike helped me pick out what what I needed and explained everything very well. The installers, Ed and Tony were excellent. I would suggest everyone to request them for installation.

Everything went great. Explained alot of things to me about the furance and assured me everything was okay when he was done. Also checked and cleaned my outside AC unit and again explained everything he was doing. The employee was very nice to speak with and he made sure I understoo was he was telling me..since I know nothing about these units. I would highly recommend this company and will most certainly call them again in 2015.

I can't thank Ed Diamond enough for going the extra mile to provide great service and to keep me informed of the process of installing my new furnace. He truly takes pride in his work. And his professionalism is to be commended. They were fantastic. It's the first time I've used them. I got to meet Mr. Paris himself. Next year, they're coming back to do my air conditioner. I had heard about them from friends who have used them. They were on time, the price was competetive. Ed went over every detail with me. The quality of their work was excellent!

Called in the late AM and Ed was here in the early afternoon. Excellent service and Ed is a great technician! Paris and his staff is a keeper ??

I usually don't bother with reviews but my experience with Paris Heating and Cooling was so impressive and beyond my expectations I needed to take the time to write this. Excellent service right from the start with the quotation from Mike explaining exactly what they will provide along with additional items that would be required and why. He provided the quotation right on the spot (versus other contractors who never bothered getting back to me). The installation by Ed and Tony was top notch. They were very professional, punctual and completed the job in just four hours. Drop clothes were used everywhere and the area where they worked was actually cleaner than before they started. They even ran a new drain line and did not charge extra, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I obtained several quotations from different contractors and Paris was not the highest. Their price was very reasonable. Anyone who requires heating and cooling services should absolutely consider Paris Heating and Cooling.

Excellent. I consulted with Ed by phone. He arrived on time (early start to help with my work schedule), completed the repair exactly as explained over the phone. Also completed a plumbing repair, providing advice as to the best fix. Also provided an estimate for other projects I have in mind. Price came in better than expected, and readily accepted a coupon from a local paper. Ed was fast, courteous, and did a great job. RG&E inspected the gas line repairs this evening, and now all issues have been resolved.

Ed was on time and took the time to look at our ducts and give me suggestions for getting more air to the second floor. They are clean and professional. Andy the owner also stopped by to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Great company!

Came promptly to estimate central air installation. Very professional, scheduled services, upon inspection of old furnace, found cracked heat exchanger. Quoted for warranty repair and new furnace, opted for new furnace also.

Annual damaged maintenance called feline and clear friendly and corned all time.

Technician 's name was Mike, he was punctual, neat, informative, and professional. he never once tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. Mike even replaced the air filter I provided at no charge. on the receipt a detailed explanation of all services delivered with manufacture codes, itemized prices and a big Thank You! I finally found company that appreciates my business. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for an honest company that can service their heating and cooling needs

Had two estimates and Paris Heating offered better equipment and lower price. Also had referred from 2 people I know. Very efficient personable, complete.

, They arrived on time, stayed late to finish in time, cleaned up. Answered all our questions (and were a lot when you are senior citizens). We would defiantly do business with them again.

The company who made the furnace (who had moved out of state) sent the wrong part so it took longer to fix then they originally said, but they gave us a good discount to make up for it. :)

Ed and Tom were on time. Installation was fast and completely as described . Both were extremely polite and worked well together.

Called Paris mid morning, the technician got back to me in a couple of hours. The job was performed in the afternoon, explanation and and charge of services were explained, then a great job was done by the technician. Will use Paris HVAC again.

Mike was prompt and professional. He responded quickly because we had no heat. He explained everything about repairs he made. I only wish the company would have offered the coupon discount that was in local circulation.

We get our furnace cleaned every year. I asked the tech to check the water heater, because it was 14 years old. We needed a new one.
