I made the appointment for between 8-9, Anthony arrived at 8:30. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and did the job. Told me what he found and was on his way. Polite and professional.

Professional, organized, and easy to work with. They took the time to listen and answer my questions. They had the correct parts, showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. Very happy with the service; highly recommend.

Rob and Anthony were very professional when they installed our new high efficiency furnace for our home. They helped us with the paperwork to get a rebate from our natural gas supplier and they explained the changes they made to our heating system. I highly recommend Paris!

Andy Paris came out to our city home and estimated the job himself. He was very professional and you could tell he loves to do this type of work. The estimate was very reasonable. They day of the job, Andy and his helper we on time, very professional, answered all our last minute questions and completed the job on time. It looks great and we couldn't be happier!

I replaced ac fan motor myself. Hvac would not start. Technician showed excellant troubleshooting skills to pinpoint source of electrical problem. Fan motor company gave incorrect specification for the capacitor. Paris sent someone same day and technician saved me money by quickly and correctly tracing the problem and resolution.

I have had many hvac upgrades done to my various houses over the years of my life, and I must say that the people from Paris Heating and Cooling were by far the most professional outfit I've ever dealt with. They were extremely knowledgeable about what I needed (especially Ed Diamond), and gave me what I knew to be an excellent price, which included the disposal of my old oil system. They were very clean both with the dis-install of the old system (no easy thing since there were baseboard rads to take out throughout the house, and the matter of an 1/8 oil tank in the basement) and the installation of the gas system. The quality of the system installed (American Standard) is excellent. They even had the foresight to install gas nipples for future connections to a gas stove, fireplace, and outdoor BBQ. The speed with which they completed the job was great. Lastly, they helped us with all the forms not only for the gas hook up with NYSEG, but also for the rebates from the company. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Serviceman was here within two hours of my call and was courteous and timely. He gave a very reasonable quote and also gave me a $450 reduction in price for be a Angie list member :)

Paris replaced an old oil furnace with an energy efficient propane furnace, replace central air and installed some new ductwork. We are very pleased.

I received estimates from multiple companies. Ed from Paris was the only one that noticed the duct issue that was preventing our home from heating properly. We knew there was a duct issue but the other sales people that came to the house only wanted to sell a furnace & AC unit. Ed was concerned that no matter what was installed, the air flow had to be accurate in order for the furnace to function properly and efficiently. We are also having the AC replaced but it's currently too cold and snowing for that installation. We used Paris at our other home for cleaning and maintenance. We can rest assured that now we will have good heat and service.

I had Paris Heating and Cooling install a new furnace for our home. The install was a little complex so the owner Andy offered to come out to verify it is something they could do. Ed and Rob who did the install were great. They were professional and friendly. Installation was clean and thorough with no shortcuts. Katie took care of all our rebate paperwork where we basically had to just put a stamp on the envelope. Paris offers top of the line products at great pricing. The customer service is hard to beat. Will definitely recommend them and use them again when it is time to replace the A/C.

Ed was a pleasure to work with in making the decision of what unit to purchase and how it would be installed. Installation was timely and very professional. Have not had opportunity to use it yet but am sure wee will love it.

There were two or three workers. The work took a few hours to complete. The area was perfectly clean. They were competent, professional, pleasant, and again they were very cordial. They knew what they were doing.
