Ed & his assistant were on time. The price was reasonable.

It was some kind of valve problem. They were able to fix it for us. We had to call them back for the humidifier since it was part of the furnace deal. They did not charge us anything since it was so near the installation. I was satisfied with the pricing. I got three estimates and don't think we paid too much. The quality was good. The responded to our problem with the humidifier quite succinctly. Their professionalism was very good. One of the owners came over to make sure things were going all right and that kind of stuff. That was a good thing, I think. So far, so good. The furnace is working good and it was a good experience. Because it is a high efficiency furnace we have to have it looked at every year so we will be calling them in approximately November to check it out.

They arrived on time, Thorough by completed the job explained operation and maintenance. Cleaned up completely!

They got the job done but sales person was dis -honest and took advantage because furnace was not working.

Ed & Tony were early & very courteous, neat, explained what they needed to do and set to work. The job took approx. 1/2 hour less to complete. They cleaned up and went over the furnace operation and what I needed to do.

From start to finish everything was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Fantastic! Paris had replaced my water heater recently and had been great to work with. When the furnace was found to need replacing I called. An estimate was given and work scheduled. It went just as planned. The whole Paris team is great- telephone contact is friendly and efficient. Installers are knowledgeable, professional and nice. You can tell this is a family owned business in which the employees take pride!

Home from hospital on 10/7/15; furnace out later on 10/9/15; called Paris morning of 10/10/15. New furnace up & running Sat. 10/11/15 by 10:30 AM. Great job, Paris Heating!

Ed and Ricky did a fantastic job. They took the time to greet my dogs and even gave them a treat. When the install is complete, Ed thoroughly explain and showed everything to me. As an added bonus, they fixed my existing humidifier and gave me a new filter at no extra charge. Great experience working with Paris.

My 7 year old furnace got filled with bees and was not serviceable. In one day, Paris replaced it and the humidifier. They were great!

Put down tarps in house to protect floors. Explained & demonstrated each install. Were professional, yet friendly. Cleaned up all areas when done.

Again, Paris was great. Mike came out and serviced my AC unit and informed me I needed a new part. Mike showed me the old part and explained what it does. He had the part in his truck and repairs were made. Mike always explains everything and I feel very confident in him and the company. I would highly recommend Paris Heating & Cooling and will be using them again.

.Arrived on time. Wore clean booties while working in the house. All workers introduced themselves to me upon arrival. Removed the old A/C unit and hauled it away. Repaired the house where the old unit had been. Cleared away the shrubbery where the new unit was placed and constructed a new base for the unit and took the shrubs to the curb for pick-up by the town. New A/C, dehumidifier, filters, duct work and piping installed in the basement. Finished in a timely manner and did a very thorough clean-up job. After installation, Edward Diamond, the manager, explained what had been done, showed me all the new equipment and went over how to operate it and where the instruction manuals and warranty cards were located . They also did a final check on the new A/C unit to make sure it ran properly.

Promptly showed up for the estimate. Spent a lot of time explaining all of our options including different manufacturers and different qualities of units so that we could choose various pricing options. Made some great recommendations on installation (such as where to run the exhaust for the HE furnace so that it was to code but also would not be impacted by snow.) Day of install, showed up on time, neat, excellent job. Came back for one tweak PROMPTLY after a quick phone call. Also filled out all of the rebate information for us in advance so that the receipt of the rebate was quick and easy. Even did a follow-upon the rebate for us. Highly recommended!

I got 3 quotes. Paris was most comprehensive and gave me a couple ideas I did not think of. THey scheduled an install, arrived on time and finished early. Everything was excellent.

They were here 15 min early. Very contentious of keeping our carpet clean. They put deep clothes wherever they had to walk.
