They were here about a month ago. They're going to be doing some work for me when the part comes in. The service fee was $79. They were thorough. When I talked to the owner on the phone, he was very, very nice and very helpful. They're very punctual and polite.

Worker was time and knew what he was talking about.

Mike arrived on time and it appeared that the humidifier was repaired. About one week later, it stopped working. They returned and fixed it at no charge.

More than satisfied. Professionals all around. Went over every step and then did it in great way. Recommend them 100%. Never filled one of these before but felt compeled to do so because of service quality.

Paris Heating & Cooling salesman was prompt, KNOWLEDGEABLE and professional and I scheduled with him to replace my furnace, water heater, and add a humidifier. The technicians were knowledgeable in every aspect of the installation. They took the time to do the job right including re-work of existing duct work required. They definitely took PRIDE in their end product as everything looks and works fantastic. Installers took the time to explain everything to me regarding usage, cleaning, filters, and thermostat programming. The suggestions they made will SAVE me a lot of money in the upcoming years, They supplied all the necessary paperwork for the REBATES that I was eligible for. That was especially helpful. They did a PROFESSIONAL job that went above and beyond my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Paris Heating & Cooling to everyone.

They installed a new furnace and AC unit. Very professional installation done with care. Great job.

I received 5 quotes for the job. Ed was the second and really left a great impression. He wanted to make sure I fully understood the process. He was also the only person to follow up with me which is impressive. They were booking about 2 weeks out and we did end up having to reschedule but they offered me a choice of services for the inconvenience (which it really wasn't but the customer service element was excellent!). Tony and Ed arrived right on time (as always) and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Ed filled out all my RG&E paperwork so I could get the maximum refund as well as explained my new system and made sure all my questions were answered. They went above and beyond with ALL aspects of the job (even stopping by to re-secure a heat run). I am thrilled with the job and happy I went with Paris!

Installation went well and they were prompt and courteous. Had a few issues that needed a call back and the owner returned to correct and explain the reason for the oil canning of the ducts which caused noise and how to correct any others we should find in the future. Taped joints for added heat cost savings.

Both the duct cleaning contractor were qualified, reasonably priced (best of 3 estimates I received), friendly, respectful, and did a great job.

My 93 year old aunt was told she needed a new furnace on Thursday. On Friday that company came back with a quote and told her they would replace her furnace on Monday. Four days without heat is not acceptable in Rochester NY in October/November. I called Paris Heating & Cooling at 11:30 on Friday and they were there within the hour. They provided her a quote that was less than the other company and told her that they could install the furnace first thing the next day. They also offered her a portable heater which she declined. Paris Heating & Cooling showed up first thing on Saturday morning. They covered the carpets and did an amazing job installing the high efficiency furnace. They also moved the humidifier to a better location, replaced the duct work that was not to code and redid the drain pipe all at no extra cost. They are clean and thorough. They also replaced her thermostat and showed her how to use the new one. In addition they answered her questions on her gas fireplace. My aunt was over the top happy with their work and told them over and over that she will only be calling them in the future. (They even filled out her RG&E rebate form and showed her what to mail in). Thanks to Paris Heating and Cooling, she has heat again two days sooner than the other company would do it. Even my sister that was there with me said she is now calling them for her heating and cooling needs. LOVE THEM!

Two servicemen arrived on time. Job took approximately 5 hours. Removed existing unit. Left area clean. Reviewed all changes/additions with me. Reviewed thermostat instructions.

Gerry did a great job. Gave a full report on condition of furnace and AC. Answered all questions and explained worked performed. Will definitely use them for all future work?

The gentleman who performed the work was right on time to the minute. He worked diligently and cleanly. He made a few suggestions and left me with a check list of the work performed. Absolutely will call them for future service based on their excellent first impression.
