Appointment was very easy to schedule. John arrived on time. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. I felt his prices were very competitive ... in fact, reasonable! He offers several methods for payment. Overall, just a great experience.

Project went very well. Was able to call him to explain a question I had without feeling uncomfortable.

He is very good. I really appreciated his promptness and his being on-time. He did a fantastic job.

Everything went quite well. The only draw back was when I called John to confirm the appointment; I wasn't sure about the time. He called back right away to say that he was remiss in scheduling the appointment and had a conflicting, previously-scheduled appointment. My schedule was flexible enough to reschedule for the next day. John arrived promptly, was very apologetic. The work was completed quickly and I believe the price was very fair.

I chose Johnny Locksmith after seeing their high ratings and scores. It was easy to make the appointment and I didn't have to wait long. On the day, I was given a courtesy call and he was there within 10 min, which meant that I didn't have to wait at the house for hours and had the rest of the morning to run other errands. As soon as he got there he went right to work, I just had to show him where all the doors were. The whole process took about an hour, and the multiple pay options made it convenient. Johnny was very friendly, courteous & professional. He returned my initial phone call right away & was able to schedule me in the next day. Unfortunately I had to cancel our first appointment on short notice & he was very flexible & accommodating. He came the following day & arrived within the time frame he had specified. He worked quickly & did a very thorough job. I asked for his professional advice on a few points & he was very honest & instead of encouraging me to spend more money, he gave me some cost cutting tips. Johnny is a man of integrity & takes pride in his work.

I broke a key in a car top roof carrier. Johnny came and could not easily remove the broken key. He pooped the cylinder and took it to work on it. He notified me when he could come back and if he was delayed, he would also call to keep me informed. Service with a smile.

I called the business, spoke with the owner and we made an appointment. My schedule changed so I needed to change the appointment and it wasn't a problem. The owner arrived on time to my house, changed my locks, answered the security questions I had, and gave me a discount for using the Angie's List coupon. I couldn't be more pleased.

I had two problems with my locks/knobs: one had a sticking mechanism and the other had a worn-out spindle. Johnny showed me that the 'sticking' mechanism was not really sticking -- I actually didn't know how to use the lock (after 50 years in the house)! The bad spindle and associated knobs were replaced, and he found that the spindle had been inserted incorrectly anyway. The man is one excellent worker. He knew these old mechanisms inside and out.

It went very well. I called his number, no answer, left a message. He responded later that day; I described the work needed, he said that he could do it, and that he could come between 8 am and 9 am the following morning. He arrived within the time window he said. He clarified what I wanted done, got right to work, and was done within an hour. I had hoped to have two of the doors keyed the same; the other door, the front door, had what appeared to be a totally different style lock, so I didn't have much hope for that. To my surprise, he was able to key all three the same. (By changing the lock on the front door, while leaving the somewhat classic door knob etc. intact.) The only reason I rate the price as a "B" instead of an "A" is that I've never used a locksmith before, so I don't know what typical prices are. I was quite satisfied with the price, but I don't know enough about what to expect to give an "A" for price.

Called Johnny Locksmith and left message. He called back in about 3 hours. Told him I lost a set of key and needed locks re-keyed as soon as possible. He said he would call back when he could come out. He never called again. I went out and purchased new locks and installed them myself.

John was excellent. Arrived on time, accomplished the job, and was done much faster that I thought possible.

Arrived well within the one hour appointment window, performed service quickly and professionally, friendly, charged estimated cost. No complaints at all.

He came with his co-worker (his son). Both were very polite, very professional and very competent. When he looked at the the door knob, he immediately said, "this will not require a new knob, I can fix this with no problem". In 10 minutes he was done and the cost was much lower than he initially estimated over the phone. Very honorable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a locksmith.

Our expereince with Johnny Locksmith was positive. Our initial call was answered promplty and Johnny was able to give us an estimate over the phone. The price was better than expected due to the age of the door and hardware. There were only two improvement. One was that it was hard to hear Johnny on the phone so there was a lot of repeated information in the phone calls. Second Johnny had to reschedule us twice do to unexpected emergency calls (lockouts). We understood the circumstances, however, he did not call to reschedule until after he had missed our scheduled time. We found these issues to be minor and will call Johnny again for our Locksmith work.

This was a great experience from start to finish.

He was quick, fast and did a good job. It was $10 a lock and he did a great job. He showed up when he said he would be here and everything went excellent.

Johnny did an excellent job on our house. Orginally, I called him for an installation of a new door handle and lock and to rekey the house since we just moved in. When he discovered that all the deadbolts were installed incorrectly by the previous owner of our house, he stayed longer to correct the problems and make things right. He is very professional and an excellent locksmith, I would definately call him again.
