Great Service - provided an estimate over the phone and arrived to do the work within a few hours of calling. He was fast and professional and I'm very happy with the service and price. Would not hesitate to use again.

Work was done professionally, promptly, and cheerfully - including clean-up.

Was early for appointment, replaced the locks listed above and also fixed a faulty lock on one of the bedroom doors free of charge. Work took about 45 minutes. Pleasure to work with.

He was on time and reliable. We disliked nothing and were impressed with the workmanship. He was also willing to help and it went very well.

I was very satisfied. He came in and looked at the 4 doors; asked for metal tint preferences and did the work as requested. He asked how I heard of him and when I said Angie's list, he informed I had an additional discount. I didn't know, he was just honest.

Imagine our horror that our teenage son's car had been broken into and that his keys had been taken. I had no idea who to call because I've never used a locksmith before, so I created an account at Angie's List, and I called Johnny Locksmith based on the excellent reviews. He said he'd be there in an hour (and he was), and he was excellent. Just the right amount of personable/professional. Plus, I could tell just based on how clean his vehicle was and how well organized his tools were that he takes great pride in his job. He took the 10% off coupon, no problem, and that saved me about $28. I wholeheartedly recommend him and would absolutely use him again!

Appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM. At 2:00 PM I called Johnny Locksmith. He said that he had an emergency job and would be over as soon as possible. He arrived around3:00 PM. When he arrived, I described what he wanted and he proceeded to do the job in a professional manner. Besides not calling me to tell me he would be late, I was very satified with the service and would use him again in the future.

We needed to replace the lock on our door due to having lost our key. I called Johnny Locksmith based on Angie's List reviews. He answered the phone promptly, gave an appointment for that evening and arrived on time. I thought the lock needed replacing and was prepared to have that done. However, he saved us money by simply changing the internal configuration of the lock and making us new keys. He performed the work quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the whole transaction and would certainly recommend him highly to others.

I was able to make an appointment to have the work done and on a Saturday which I appreciated since I work during the week. John estimated he would arrive between 10:00 - 11:00. He called once to tell me he was running behind with a new estimate of 12:00 - 12:30 and called a second time when he was on the way. He arrived about 12:45. He is a very friendly and personable man. His phone did ring quite a bit while he was at my house. He got the job done within an hour. I have given him a rating of "B" under professionalism and quality because he did not clean up the work area. The box the lockset came in was on the garage floor with the piece of wood he drilled out of the door. There were also wood shavings on the floor. I was really surprised he would leave such a mess. I did not say anything to him because I intended to review the job for angie's list and wanted to see what he would do on his own. Had he left a mess like this inside my house I would definitely have said something. I would have him to work for me again because he was responsive when I called and works on Saturday.

I contacted John on the day we took possession of our new house and he was able to come that day and change the lock sets. He took the time to explain which locks needed to be changed and did not do any unnecessary work. He is very professional and does very good work. I would definitely recommend to others and would use him again in the future.

.No work was done but I was really impressed with this man. He could have sold me new locks and instead he told me my existing locks were good for another 5 years. I would say an honest man. Approx. a month ago Johnny did a job at my son's home on Cape Cod Way. He replaced 3 locks and installed 2 dead bolts. A job very well done and my son and daughter inlaw were very pleased. We would both recommend Johnny Locksmith to any one needing his work.

Everything went very well. He was on time, very friendly, very informative and knew what he was doing. He changed the locks in three doors and fixed the lock in one of them. We then realized that we'd rather have the same key for all of our doors so he was very helpful and changed the fourth lock for us as well. He was wonderful and we would use him again in the future if we needed.

Overall, it went very well. I called to get an appointment. He called back immediately. On date scheduled, he called to say he would be late, but arrived an hour later than he indicated. He looked over the 3 locks that we needed to be fixed. Needed to order 1 lock, so we rescheduled for the next day. He arrived right on time. Replaced lock on our front door. Fixed our back door lock by recycling a part from our front door (saved me some money). Then he re-keyed front door lock and garage door lock. Everything works great! I paid by credit card with a 10% coupon reduction. Only got the credit card slip - no detailed invoice. Amount was exactly what he quoted originally.

Provider installed a keyed lock in a wood file cabinet and unlocked a metal file cabinet drawer that we've lost the key for. Service was provided well.

For a long time, I had been researching home security. This included locks. After Amazon had a Gold Box deal on a Schlage keypad lock, and sold out in the 2 hours I was researching it; I decided that was the one for me. The next time the price went well below the retail, I bought one. The next hurdle - I didn't know my front door was made of steel! I threw my hands up and went to Angie's list. Johnny Locksmith Inc. got my attention from all the positive reviews he received. I called, he answered, made appointment. He showed up, on time, fully equipped, wasn't bugged by all my questions, or the fact that I already had the lock I wanted installed. He was even impressed with the low price I paid for it, and told me Schlage was one of the top locks. He even explained the features of the lock. He cleaned up after himself. He gave me his business cards/magnets after I requested them. He accepted the Angie's list 10% off coupon (original & very reasonable price was $85.00+$6.80 tax). He also answered my questions about others doors, and I will be using him again. Everything works wonderfully!

Overall the job went well. The service man needed to go to his shop for additional parts to complete the job,but he was able to make the repair for a resonable price.

My son due to a divorce issue needed his 3 doors in his house changed. I contacted John on Friday evening and he said he could go to my son's home on Sat morning. On Sat John told me to meet him at my son's home a 12p, and he would be there between noon and pm. He called at 1230 to advise he was on his way. When he arrived he checked the doors and said instead of changing all the locks why not just rekey the locks. He said it would save me money so I happily agreed. He rekeyed the locks in a short period of time provided me with two keys and was done with the work. He was professional and quick and I would refer him to my friends and family.

He responded to my query quickly and the work was done promptly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. If I need a locksmith again, I'd use him. (The price listed also included parts.)
