He was prompt in coming out to give an estimate and then equally as prompt in coming back to do the work. He finished the work in what I considered a very reasonable amount of time with no problems didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very personable as well as professional. I would definitely recommend him.

Johnny did a really great job with this service. He saved me towing cost and the cost of dealer performed maintenance for a car that does not have that kind of value. He fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Johnny has provided service for me on two occasions and both times his work was top notch and professional. He is a nice guy and a very able locksmith.

Johnny was excellent!!!!!!!!!! By far the best Angies list provider I have encountered. When I first called I left a message and my call was returned right away and the date I requested was available. I was also given a quote on the spot. The day of the service he was on time and contacted me when one of my locks were unable to be rekeyed and would require a new lock. Not only was he respondent, fast, and affordable. He was friendly and very personable :) I have already referred him and if you are in need of locksmith Johnny is your guy !!!!!!!

Brilliant! Showed up faster than a speeding bullet. Repaired our ancient keypad from part he already had. He was pleasant , thorough and professional.

These locks had been incorrectly installed by another company. Luckily Johnny Locksmith was able to repair the locks and they now function perfectly. They even showed me how they had installed them incorrectly. They are are great to work with as well. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

We recently purchased a home and needed to re-key the locks. We found Johnny Locksmith on Angie's List and called him to do the work. John was excellent. He was right on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to friends and would call on him again should the need arise.

We called Johnny on a Saturday morning after having our purse, which included our car and house keys, stolen Friday night. He happened to be in the area and was able to be at our house within an hour! He rekeyed all the outside doors, generated new keys (in volume to replace all of the families keys), completed the work in about an hour, accepted/honored the Angie's list coupon, provided great price (even before he knew about my coupon) and took credit card on the spot. To say I was pleased with his service is an understatement. BTW, had I know he did cars as well I could have saved myself a couple hundred dollars getting our car rekeyed as well. I went to the dealership because I had believed they were the only ones who could do it because of the computer chip but he said he could have done that as well. SUPER, fantastic, Grade A, plus Whatever terms you use would not be good enough for how I feel about his services. I would and will recommend Johnny Locksmith!

John was sent to me by AAA when I called in distress because the key broke off in truck ignition. John fixed it quicker than I could believe, and was friendly and courteous. I would call him directly if ever needed again. I have AAA coverage up to $100, not sure what the charge will be. It was after 8pm, not sure how his contract with AAA is. They will bill me if more than that amount.

I scheduled an appointment to have the locks in our new home re-keyed on Friday August 1st. He said he would arrive between 4PM and 6PM. While painting, we received a call from him at 5:45PM indicating he would arrive at 6:15PM, after the time he initially specified. Since we were unable to stay that late (and wait another hour or two for the work to be finished), we rescheduled to the following day (Saturday August 2nd) and he committed to arriving between 11AM and 12PM. We were very disappointed when he never showed up or called - we never heard back from him so we called another locksmith to perform the work.

Johnny called me about 20 mins before he arrived to let me know he was coming. We had set a time between 10am-12pm. We thought the front door knob would have to be replaced along with changing the locks. After looking at the knob, he came to the conclusion that the only problem was the screws were too short. He went out to his van and came back with the correct size screws, saving us about $100.00. Johnny was very professional, I think he completed the work in about 30-45 minutes. He even made friends with Molly our cat, who supervised the work. I would definitely hire Johnny again and would recommend him to our friends.

Our front door lock broke and only one of 5 exterior locks worked. We called Johnny ( his real name) who showed up in the scheduled time frame, and he quickly and efficiently repaired or replaced all the locks. we are thrilled that all of our locks work again, He's the only guy to call.

I was very pleased with the service. I had locks installed 9 months earlier by another (unnamed) service provider for a LOT more money, and the front door lock mechanism stopped working. I could not get in or out my front door. I called Johnny Locksmith on a Saturday and asked for a quote to install "best quality" locks. He stopped on his way back from a job a couple hours later and fixed my lock temporarily so I could use the front door. He stocked very good locks on his truck and quoted a very reasonable price for the job. I wanted different locks so he suggested where I should go to get the best deal, and advised on what on lock features to look for and how to make sure all were keyed the same to minimize my cost. He came back Monday and did the installation. I highly recommend him!
