Description of Work: They kept the vintage integrity of the lock by replacing it with equipment of the same period. I did have one problem with it a couple days later and they came back, made it right, no charge.

Description of Work: i had an appointment to have 3 locks changed. I made the appointment 5 days in advance. The locksmith never end showed or called. I tried to phone twice with no answer. After an hour I called and he answered. The response was he might be there in a hour or so. I said g Forget about it.
