The guy was nice and he did exactly what we asked. He came when he said he was going to come. We liked him a lot.

Johnny Locksmith was great. He answers his phone promptly and is always upbeat. We had to change our meet up time twice and he never complained. On service day he showed up on time, done in 20 min and took the trouble to walk us through every lock to show that they were well put together.

Needing some locksmith services, we called this vendor for the first time. He offered to come over within two hours. But since we did not have an emergency, we arrange a call for two days hence. The locksmith was on tiime, did the work we wanted, and charged a very fair price for the work. He was up front about everything he was doing and the cost of the work. He came back two days later to do some additional work we needed that he didn't have a part for on his truck during his first call. We'll use this vendor again when we need his services.

We could not have asked for a better service! Exceeded our expectations!

The lock was repaired quickly. It turned out to be a simple fix (lubricate the mechanisim) and the cost would have been quite high for this simple issue however John informed us that if the lock failed in the future he would waive the service charge that made up the majority of the cost of the repair and just charge for parts and additional labor. I appreciate this type of gesture and it goes a long way towards building repeat customers. I would use the services again.

I contacted Johnny on Friday and he was at my door Monday morning at 8 AM. Lock was installed quickly. Johnny was professional, friendly, and liked my cat! I will recommend him to friends and family.

He was prompt and professional, figured out an alternate plan when there was an obstacle and did the work more quickly than I would have expected.

He was very responsive and prompt. He did exactly what he said he would. However, he answered his cell phone the whole time he was working on my locks - seems to me he should have focused on what he was doing and let them go to voice mail. Also, some of the locks are kind of hard to turn, but they are getting easier as time goes by. I misunderstood the pricing and it was twice as expensive as I thought it was going to be. I don't think that was his fault though - just mine.

I called to explain my problem, and made an appointment. John gave me two prices, a lower price if he could repair the cylinder, and a higher price if he had to replace it. He called and arrived in my driveway a few minutes early. He quickly removed, repaired and re-installed the cylinder. He charged me the estimated cost, less 10% Angie's discount. The ignition lock now works like new, and I can use the original transponder keys. I would not hesitate to recommend Johnny Locksmith to any one needing locksmith service.

Called him yesterday and left a message. He promptly returned my call and set up appointment for this morning. He arrived in the time frame he gave me yesterday and went right to work. Finished in the time he approximated and showed me everything he had done.

John is great. He is professional and responsive. He did the work without wasting any time. This is the second time he has been in my home and I would recommend him to anyone who would like a dependable, friendly and knowledgeable locksmith. He came within a week, but could have come sooner if my schedule allowed.

I contacted Johnny in the morning (based on his good reviews on Angies List) to re-key several locks on our home that we recently moved into. Johnny was able to perform the work that same afternoon. He was extremely friendly, professional, and proficient. His son, John, assisted and exhibited the same above mentioned traits as his father. We highly recommend this locksmith and will contact him again if needed!

He did a good job. He has estimated over the phone it would be about half the cost that we paid, but when he got here saw that it was going to be a bigger job than expected because of the way the previous homeowner had put them in. I would definitely hire him again despite being disappointed about the cost. It wasn't his fault.

Went wonderfully. The individual who placed our lock did a great job and was extremely professional while he did his work here in the house. Furthermore... also helped me to save some money by buying all of the lock mechanisms through another individual which saved us a few dollars. Would definitely recommend.

The appointment was made one day in advance. The locksmith was prompt, professional, and completed the job quickly. He was courteous and friendly.

He wasn't able to open it. He got there quickly he did his best but couldn't get it done. He obviously hadn't tried to crack a BMW which I didn't know but I learned the trick.

I was very pleased. The appointment was easily scheduled. He arrived promptly, worked quickly, cleaned up well and was very pleasant. We had been told the front door lock should probably be replaced, but he said it only needed servicing - thus saving us a good bit of money.

He was very professional and quick in responding to our call and gave us what we think is a reasonable rate for the work performed. He was also flexible in scheduling his call (within a week of our inquiry). He made the lock change easy and suggested the strike plate because our back door did not have one properly installed and caused the lock to not perform as it should.
