Description of Work: Betlem installed the old unit in 1993 it lasted 23 years but finally died. I gave two other companies a chance to compete against them, one did not bother to respond, the other was overpriced. So again Betlem it was. we decided on friday night to pull the trigger, by tuesday night we had new heat and air. It does not get any better.

Description of Work: We had our boiler and water heater replaced. The original boiler was from the 80's and we upgraded to a modulating condensing gas boiler with an indirect fires hot water heater. The gentlemen were very professional and made sure the entire system worked perfectly before leaving.

Description of Work: Installed new central air system. Work crew consisted of 2 guys. Very professional. Explained everything they had to do. | |My only issue was they took the brand new programmable thermostat that I had just installed 2 months prior without asking if I wanted to keep it (I pla Ned on giving it to a friend who could have used it) and they did a mediocre cleanup job in the basement.....I found sheet metal screws everywhere and scraps of tin from the duct work

Description of Work: I have has a service contract with them for years. I had a condenser water drainage problem from my heat pump. They came out the same day I called and fixed the problem with no charge.
