Description of Work: Replaced old boiler & water heater with high efficiency Weil-McLain Eco-155 boiler and indirect water heat. Boiler had problem with gasket that had to be replaced. New vent pipes were installed which made a knocking sound that was not able to be corrected, even though they tried to resolve the problem repeatedly. They worked with NYSERDA to do energy audit and took measures to increase energy efficiency. Sales & service people were very professional, but was not satisfied with quality of boiler.

Description of Work: Furnace cleaning. After one time "mix up" they came, cleaned furnace and said all was well. Several hours later we had no heat and called. They came that night and could not fix. Said they needed a part and would return in AM. Had to call them and the person who cleaned it returned and found loose wire. No new part needed. Feel we should have had follow up call for all the inconvenience. Have used them for years and been happy with quality of service but beginning to lose confidence.

Description of Work: I had central a/c installed. The salesman came to my house and did a visual inspection and went over my options and let me. Choose the system that best fit my needs. When the technicians came to install, they got the job done fairly quickly and did an exceptional job at the install. I am very picky on how things should be done and I was very impressed. I would highly recommend john betlem

Description of Work: We had the company install an Infinity high efficiency a/c and heating system around 2003. They have given an annual inspection with curtesy and promptness. The system has had filters changed annually, along with basic testing and maintenance. The system still operates perfectly thanks to John Betlems service personnel.
