Very well. Technician called prior to arrival with reasonable ETA, courteous and gave me his card, appeared to be efficient in performance, interacted during his visit, and reported his findings. Only bill was for a new filter box.

Bryan D. did an excellent job, in a very tight space, with somewhat tough access. He also had to improvise by cutting, removing and reattaching a water drain line from the furnace/AC system. He had to call his office for parts to accomplish this, and they were delivered promptly. With a sensor more sensitive than our olfactory ones, he also found a very slight natural gas leak in pipes original to this 33 year old house. He called the office for scheduling a later fix. He reviewed all the upgraded functions of this new heater, and left the workplace spotless.

Keith S. was the residential technition assigned to our major AC repair. He was punctual, professional, and let me know how long the repair would take. Isaac Heating and Cooling has always responded to any of our needs in a professional manner.

Excellently: Tim Smith, Isaac's Residential Service Tech, not only let me watch him work, he explained what he was doing and why. I was very relieved to learn that my nearly 16-yr. old Trane Furnace is still "purring" along well within the expected limits! I've always had Isaac's 2-yr. "Gold Seal Maintenance Agreement" for this furnace.

Sam, the Tech, did an excellent job. He kept us well informed on his progress and the over all results once the work was completed.The work was completed in a timely manner.

The part was received by the service department and a call was made to set up an appointment to install it. Two technicians came today to replace the part. They worked both on the inside air conditioning unit and the outside unit. They were very efficient and considerate of us as the work was done. This took quite awhile since they had to remove the part, install the new part and then refill the unit with coolant. After this was done, they had to test both units to be sure everything was working as expected. They took time to explain what was being done when asked. They made sure we were satisfied with everything before they cleaned up the areas where they were working. We are very satisfied and let them know how much we appreciated their work.

Excellent. Ricardo explained every part of the process and what needed to be done. He was very helpful and he arrived right at 3:00!! He is still learning about fireplaces but put in a call to schedule another service for our fireplace later this month. We have 'Gold Seal' coverage so we pay ahead for two years service. It is well worth it.

The technician was early and completed the maintenance quickly. He was polite, friendly and professional. I have always had good service from Isaac and have been a customer for a long time.

Repair went great. The home humidifier was under warranty, but one of the parts was not. Isaac did not charge me for the part, however, even though they could have. The technician, Rob, was fantastic and made sure everything was right.

The serviceman who came out was very polite & frendly. I have a gold seal warranty with Issac Heating & Cooling, and would never change to another company. I have never had a problem and always got a response when I had a problem.

Excellent. It was found under my routine maintenance visit and luckily under the Gold Seal Warranty so it didn't cost me anything. It was necessary for them to order the part so they were in my home on two days. It was a extensive job. Our technician Riccardo was on time, polite, professional and shared his knowledge of the problem and solution with me from start to finish. I would highly recommend him!

I have to say Isaac hires and trains the greatest people Rochester has to offer! Dan Howard was scheduled to come over between 3:00-6:00 pm. This wonderful, polite young man called earlier than expected and was at my home within 10 minutes. He was honest, clean, efficient, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about Isaac's services and products. We talked about the condition of my furnace and air duct cleaning along with various ways to save energy in my home. He assured us we have an excellent furnace (Isaac installed, of course) and it was in great condition. My husband and I were just delighted to talk with Dan as he was very personable and could answer our questions intelligently. He obviously enjoys his job and does a tremendous job, over and above, in all aspects including awesome customer rapport. I wish everyone I called for my home were like him! I can't say enough about Dan and hope he will come back to do all our service needs. He is a true asset to Isaac!! I highly recommend Isaac and have done so for many years. Power backup generator, tankless water heater and my main furnace were serviced with Silver Seal and Gold Seal service contracts. This was done efficiently and professionally by a team of Isaac technicians. Well done guys!

Anthony was wonderful, he was very thorough and checked everything out, even calling the manufacturer. He was unable to determine what caused our problem but the problem is fixed. The only concern I had was that I had to wait until the next day for service. This is unusual for this company; they usually come out right away.. They did try to help me over the phone. Anthony was professional, polite, personable and knowledgeable and our problem is resolved.

Extremely well. Rob was fast, efficient, and handled all my operational questions with clear and logical answers. He handled complex installation steps with obvious deep knowledge of the integration process. We now have one master controller for heating/cooling/humidification, integrating indoor and outdoor sensors. Rob was pleasant, informed, experienced, and efficient. The best technical rep we’ve seen in 20 years of living here.
