Description of Work: My furnace died and Issac came quickly, the repairman was professional and I believe the price was reasonable. My only reservation is that he tried to sell me a guarantee and it always bothers me when I feel as if someone is pushing me to buy an unnecessary upgrade. I don't like companies forcing repair personal to become salesman- the two jobs should be separate in my opinion.

Our technicians do not sell equipment, repairs, or upgrades, and the only product that they do offer is the Gold Seal because of their knowledge and experience with the agreements. Furthermore, they firmly believe in these agreements because of the value that they see it provides every day. I too believe strongly in it, and I promote them to all of my friends and relatives as well.As a refresher, the Gold Seal is a full coverage protection plan that covers maintenance, and all parts and labor on the covered piece of equipment. Description of Work: I called up Isaac's Heating as my heater was not blowing hot air. They came the following day and they were able to get it going again. They recommended that I have some preventative maintenance performed on it which I agreed that it was needed. Because my furnace is so old, they recommended that I replace it soon. Not sure if I'm ready to spend the $7000-8000 for a new system. I will keep checking around for a better price.

I'm not sure if you have had one of our Field Sales Representatives provide you with a formal quote yet, but this would give you a better idea of the cost and process to upgrade your equipment. The $7000 - $8000 estimate you quoted in your review sounds a like just a rough figure of what a system could cost, but that all depends on the complexity of the job and grade of equipment desired. Description of Work: They installed a furnace along with a built in humidifier. air cleaner,thermostat and chimney liner. Sine I live in an 1920's house there was custom work necessary as well. Also, my house is large. An average house would not require as large a furnace so the price would be lower. |Every aspect of this job was perfect from the first phone call to the office requesting information to the people who came out to do the estimates to the final installation. There is also included follow-up work which will be done in the future. I'm 100% happy I chose Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning to do this job. I'm having them back next week to do duct cleaning and will always call on them in the future. | |E

Description of Work: We scheduled Isaac to clean and check out our a/c and heating equipment. The technician was late due to an earlier job he had to complete, but he called ahead first and it was fine with our schedule. He was professional, informative, polite, and friendly. Description of Work: I assume they are as good as anyone else, but I don't have enough technical knowledge to judge, other than they keep the machines running. The thing that annoys us is that they are always trying to sell you something. They do try hard to give you a good experience, and aside from this one miscommunication and lateness, are usually on time and reliable. I have been their customer for 20+ years, and they have made their share of mistakes, but they make it right when told about it.
