They did a superb job, in a days time they had the old system out and the new system in. I have not had any serious problems with it since the installation, all in all I am very pleased. As far as price was concerned it was one of the highest estimates out of the three or four that I got, but I felt that with the service and system I was getting that it was the best value.

He was very friendly when he was there working for me. He was very professional about the job. They had showed up on time to do the work. They had cleaned up when they were done working. They had taken off their shoes when they had come into my house to do the work for me.

The existing furnace and ductwork was less than a year old, so all that was needed was the A/C unit and coil. Ben, the salesman, was incredibly helpful. He explained that he had previously been an installer which was pivotal in our decision to use Isaac. He didn't pressure or try to oversell, just laid everything out as it was. The installation technician arrived when they said he would and finished close to the estimated time. I was worried because we had just installed our lawn, but he did not disturb the lawn at all. He also went the extra mile and fixed a potentially hazardous error our builder had made with the ductwork. The unit was a Rheem and it is so quiet, just as Ben had assured it would be. When standing outside with our neighbors the other day, we instantly heard their unit start up and run, but ours was barely noticeable as being on and running.

Tom Casilio was the site manager during the job. Overall I had an OK experience.

They came out for the service, and found that CO level was a little high in the kitchen. Informed us a part of our oven actually needed replaced. Also suggested a CO tester in the house, which we got. We are on a service contract with them, air conditioning in older houses are hard because of venting. Price is for 2 years of service.

Well, the price was not cheap, but it was fair considering the work they did. I liked that they cleaned up well, showed up when they were supposed to, and that they were willing to renew an old service contract that I had with another company.

Isaac Heating & A/C has been our furnace company since 1968. They always come on time, which is rare with other companies, and we really appreciate this. We will be moving and wish we could take this contractor with us. They are professional and courteous. I would rate them A+++.

This is a major firm that services most of the area around here. They are very professional and all the people here are very nice. They seem to be okay in every way. I really do not use them that much so I really cannot compare them to others. I will say that I feel they are reasonably priced though.

The thing that I like most about Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning is the quick service that they provide. They did a good job and everything is done right the first time. We have not had any problems with our new unit.

These guys went overboard with the awesome service they did. They wore covers on their shoes inside our home which I thought was really considerate and respectful. They even cleaned up after themselves. Great company at follow up. Remember to get the Gold Seal Package.

I really liked that this company came out and talked with me and discussed what options I had as they don't just stick you with the most expensive solution. They have a school on site in their building where their technicians are trained. Everyone I have dealt with at this company is very polite, clean and very well trained. They clean up after themselves and their follow up service is excellent. I even bought a service plan. They will come out and replace what is wrong with no charge and they are proactive. They will let you know what is getting ready to go out and fix it before your service plan runs out. I have a lot of trust in this company.

They are very knowledgeable in their services. I have used this business for 10 years. I have hired them numerous times throughout the years and have always received exceptional service. They showed up on time for the job.

The technician was competent. He laughed when I asked for the Angie's List discount, that was offered on this site, and said he knew nothing about it. He arranged for a salesperson to call and do an estimate on a new furnace. The salesperson came late (although he did call to let me know) and delayed me for another commitment. He promised to submit an estimate a few days later. We never heard from him again. I will not use this company again.

Ken Isaac spent 1 3/4 hours with me providing information. I was very favorably impressed. Kevin installed the furnace & necessary accompaniments. A smart, efficient, clean job!

Overall, very happy with the results. Have used them in the past with good results. Didn't try to sell anything fancy (such as a variable speed blower, etc) just a very highly rated, efficient furnace. My only complaint is that the sale contract was a little sloppy (no furnace model number, confusion over the vent cover being included) - the sales person pointed out how Isaac installs a nice vent cover on the exhaust pipe - then, when completed - just a pipe sticking out of the side of the house (Claiming that was extra $ - then tell me!). After complaining, the salesman will eat the cost and correct for free. Very happy with everything else though.

The crew worked very hard to remove our old behemoth heating plant, which was very heavy and extremely large! Aside from some greasy marks and scratches on the basement floor, the removal went well. At one point, we had two Isaac vans and one large truck in our driveway! The various crews worked a very long, hard day just before Christmas 2005 to finish the job. By 8:30PM, they had our new furnace and central A/C unit completely installed, after a late morning start and in spite of the snow and bitter cold temperature. I felt sorry for the guys working outdoors to install the A/C unit on the frozen ground in our backyard! These guys are truly professionals, and they know their stuff and aren't afraid of hard work and long hours. I was impressed by how cheerful and well-trained they are. My one minor gripe has to do with some dirty boots making tracks to our upstairs hallway thermostat. Disposable shoe covers were nowhere in sight. Overall, they were great people!

I hired Isaac to clean and inspect my furnace. The tech's name was Jason and he arrived on time and even called 20 minutes before arriving. He was very nice and explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. After he finished it was like he was never there.

The Isaac furnace technician was extremely professional. Because I'm a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions about my furnace. He took the time to explain everything to me and did a very thorough job while he talked. He showed up on time and didn't rush the job. I was impressed and will use Isaac again.

They first said there were some parts that were defected. They starting changing the parts until they initially found the true problem. They sent another person out who finally figured out the problem. My heat exchange was broken. They refunded me for the parts but charged me for a very high price for ridiculous labor charges.

They were on time and very polite. However they said the system would not work and suggested a new system for 5000 dollars. The current system was 6 years old. After 2 days of discomfort I called another AC company and they had us cooling by end of day. They suggested we replace one component and the cost would be less then 500 dollars. They suggested this could wait until it was convenient for us. The system has worked fine for the past 8 weeks and we are now planning to replace the part at the end of summer. Isaac seemed to be trying to use our discomfort as a way to force a new system sale.

They only problem was that Isaac Heating and A/C were supposed to come out just to give us an estimate, but they started cleaning the A/C before I got there, and charged us more. It was just a mix up though, and they did do great work, so I would hire them again.

The ducts were never cleaned in the 28 years we have been here. The cleaning definitely helped; there was much less dust accumulation. We were happy with that job, but soon after the cleaning, though, Isaac installed a furnace. This job was done very poorly.

They did everything really well. They take care of the leaves for me. They were all gone and I had a lot of leaves. I was out of the country when they came. They gave me an estimate and it was right around it.

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioner did an excellent job. It was quick and painless and I recommend them to anybody. They were very polite and professional. Highly recommended!

I have been using Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning for the past 2 years. I would recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood. They don't try to overcharge you for anything.
