They communicated pretty well. The situation with our tankless water heater was a real mess. We had another company come in and say it was fixed over the weekend. It was a big mess. Isaac came. The water heater company was in California and parts had to be ordered, so there was no way it was going to be fixed the same day. Isaac was just much much better at communicating that information with us. They also honored a warranty that was out of warranty with the company, which the company we bought it from wouldn't even have entertained.

They are a great company to deal with, and I would use them again in the future.

I have a contract with them and so, I always use them. I have a special three years contract with them wherein everything is covered. It is not cheap but it might be worthwhile if something goes wrong. They are very thorough and they explain everything which I really appreciate. They also look out for other things in the house that might need attention but they don't pressure you. It is good information and I know that they are not just trying to sell me something which I appreciate. I appreciate them looking over the other things like the water heaters and things like that. You pay for what you get and they are very reliable. As a part of the contract, they come out immediately if I have an emergency. They are absolutely punctual for their appointments. They call to tell you that they are on their way and they would be there in ten minutes. They are very good about that. I have no complaints about them which is very rare in the maintenance companies. You are not going to get away for cheap as their price is high but it is okay as everything is expensive these days.

We have warranty service that we renew so we have a maintenance contract with them for our heating, air conditioning and water heater. Their prices are fine; they are average. They are fine. We will continue to use them.

Asked for an air conditioning repair visit. Isaac couldn't schedule a visit sooner than a week later. Minimum cost for an estimate was 50% higher than other companies. I used another firm.

Wife called at 5:30 PM on a hot summer weekday, AC in the house not working. Asked me to call someone, but I feared an after-hours surcharge for doing so. Consulted Angie's List immediately, and selected Isaac. Surprisingly, was told there'd be no surcharge. Tech called 10 minutes before arrival, so we knew exactly when to expect him. Problem was a dead starting capacitor. Tech explained everything real clear, and gave accurate estimated before proceeding. Did try to sell me a service contract, but did so without any pressure or obnoxious tactics. He tested AC after repair with all kinds of thermometers and gadgets, to show it was now operating within specs. Before leaving, offered to seal up some existing leaks in the ductwork, using some special metalliic duct tape.

We have a contract with them. We were pretty happy with them. Once we had a problem where they had to come in immediately and check the furnace. They were very prompt in replying to calls or coming over and checking. We have no complaints and we are pretty satisfied. I like their service. They are very professional and they don't bother me. They respond to our calls. They are a little expensive but their service is wonderful.

Price above is an estimate, this was an heat and A/c inspection to qualify for a service contract. I thought the service contract was reaonable, $520 for 2 years covering heater and air unit. The office personnel were competent as was the service man. My only complaint was that the service guy was a little alarmest in pushing for a heater upgrade(which I did not do). Other than that, I would use again and I did get the service contract

On the hottest day in June, my AC broke down and my family was sweltering in the house. A friend recommended that we try Isaac for service based on the quality of service done at their house. They were courteous and friendly on the phone, and were able to schedule the service call quickly. The repairman who came was excellent, took the time to explain what he was doing and show me the parts where my AC was broken. He was able to do the repair and manintenance the same day, and also looked at my heating system. He was able to give me some tips and suggestions about my heating and cooling system to help keep it in good working order. There was no high-pressure sales tactics or pushing to purchase unnecessary things like some other companies. I will definitely use Isaac again in the future!

I am on a two year contract with them. I will use them again in the future.

So i have them to do my yearly inspection for my water heater and furnace. There is an option that you can purchase that covers you for 2 years which includes inspections, any parts that need replacing and 24 hour service should there be an emergency and again parts and services are covered. The agreement was around 250 I think. I will renew this year. The only piece of advice is to book early for your yearly inspection since they fill up quick.

They are very good. We have used them for years and have not had a problem. They are prompt, polite and very nice people.

Two installer arrived in early morning and finished around 5:00 at night. Installers were very professional and clean. I have used Isaac Heating Gold Seal Plan for several yeras in my previous house that had a 50 year old boiler system.

I liked them. The workers were good. I would recommand them.

They were overpriced that's why didn't go with them. I will not take an estimate from them again. They were fine, its just that they were charging way too much.

On time and went right to work. Extremely thorough. Fully explained what was done and answered all questions.

They were pretty good. I had a lower bid from somebody else, and they reduced their bid by $50 to be the lowest. They did a pretty good job. While he was installing the furnace, he cut some wires to our security system. They refunded us the money to fix it again really quickly, so it was no hassle at all.

The Isaac rep could have, but didn't, pushed a more expensive AC unit on us that would have been overkill for our relatively small house. The installation included new duct work for the main high efficiency furnace, and went smoothly. Everything continues to function well through the summer and winter. Our only regret was being suckered by a come on through my Delta Skymiles frequent flyer program to switch our utilities billing to a group called Energy Plus (www.energypluscompany.com) that claims they will save money off your utilities bill and also help earn Skymiles at the same time. We were shocked this winter that our utility bills were outrageous, and it turns out that they are not subject to rate regulations as are the utility companies, and charging 2 to 3 times the maximum rate we would have been charged from RG&E. Needless to say we dropped them.

The price was about $8200 before the rebate. They were excellent. I would recommend them because they were very good. They came out promptly and did the work. There were no problems and they answered the questions I had. They also promptly addressed the little problems I had. They looked at the air ducts and said that I didn?t need any work done on that. They also looked at my old humidifier and said that was okay too. We priced a couple of places and their price was average.

I would say don't use them. It didn't work, it didn't keep the house warm in the winter time. We didn't notice until January of 2008. I called them about the problem and they wanted me to pay more money to get it fixed. I have a hot tub in this home and the hot tub is also heated by their system. They said that they factored in the hot tub as part of the heating system. My hot tub sprung a leak so my hot tub was off. So if you can buy the hot tub as part of the heating system, I certainly can't. Would you count a hot tub as part of it? I thought the price was a little high. They also ruined my carpet. It was a totally bad experience.

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is a very reliable company. I called them in the morning and they came out the same day. They have comparable prices with other local companies. Everybody that has ever come from Isaac has been very professional with me. They clean up after themselves when the job is done.

The person kept trying to sell me services/products. I wrote the company via email complaining about this. They wrote back saying that he wasn't trying to sell me anything but rather he was 'educating' me. They then went on to say that if I was the kind of person who did not want to be an 'educated' customer that I should do business with another company. I wrote a letter to the head of Isaac complaining about this and all I got back was a form letter about how much they value their customers, etc., etc., etc. I took their advice. As it turned out, the other companies I called quoted significantly lower prices. I've been overpaying Isaac for years! I would not consider using them again. Mr. Isaac replied that the technician was ONLY trying to sell me a Gold Service service contract. That may be what the technician told his superiors but it iis not correct. Much of our discussion was about my furnace's efficiency with the technician contending that I should get a newer, more efficient furnace. I have had a home energy audit since then and the audit has been reviewed by a non-profit that also does audits and in neither case was it suggested that the benefit in reduced heating costs would repay the cost of the furnace. Perhaps when this furnace dies and needs replacement that would be a reasonable alternative but with a well-running furnace, the only reason to replace even suggest replacement would be to make a sale for the company. Finally, if Mr. Isaac thinks his rates are competitive, he should check around. Isaac charges about $250 for a 2 year furnace contract. I got a 2-year contract that included both furnace and A/C service for $250 from another authorized provider with an excellent rating on Angie's List.
