The service contract pricing is very good. The duct cleaning and sealing went wonderfully. They two services were done on two different days. Everyone was professional and helpful and explained everything clearly to us. The duct sealing is very neat and they were very thorough. The duct cleaning process was detailed and they took care to clean up everywhere. They even cleaned off every vent cover and cold air return grill! They are always careful to never track dirt into the house. I am very pleased with our service with Isaac.

We had an initial problem because we signed a contract for a certain model but they installed a level down model instead. I did report to them to the BBB and they rectified the situation. They performed great quality work but I had a problem with their contract. They employees who performed the installation were prompt, professional, and efficient. I would recommend their services. However, if you use this company make sure to compare the product installed to the one listed in the contract.

My furnace quit during the night. The inside temperature was about 60 degrees when I woke up. I searched Angie's List and decided on Issac Heating and Cooling.This was not the provider I purchased the furnace from but I was impressed that Issac responded back to each report filed on Angie's List. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty igniter. He said the part was going to cost $200 to replace. I thought this was rather high, but needed the work done, so I ok'd it. The tech didn't have the part in the truck, so he had to make a trip back to the shop. With the new igniter installed, the tech suggested a furnace cleaning. It had been some time since I had the furnace cleaned, so I went ahead and had that done too. Overall, I am happy with the quality of the work that was done. The people at Issac that I interacted with were professional, courteous, and punctual. I looked up igniter prices on the internet after the call, and did find them considerably lower than the price I was quoted.

They charged me more than what I had expected. The work was good.

I had a home energy audit done, which currently is free because of the state of NY. The audit confirmed my thoughts, and gave me easy, cheap ways to save more money that I had not thought of. No sales pitch and very professional. During the audit and gas leak by my furnace was found, he placed a temporary fix and tagged the area.I have the gold seal service agreement with Isaac and called to report the gas leak. They had a service tech out within 3 hours and he the leak was repaired and the pipes tested again to the meter with no cost because of my service contract which to date has saved me over $800 (not including the contract which was about $360 for 3 years and I am in year 2). The service techs are great, informative and friendly. I am extremely happy with Isaac and recommend them to all my friends and relatives.

If you want to pay the $89 charge just to come to the house, you are an iddiot. There are others out there that do great work and don't charge you a service call.

We’ve got a package with them. They do their thing and they are always pretty nice to us. We’ve had them for about 10 or 11 years. Their quality of work is good. We’ve never had an emergency. They just do the preventative, but they respond to our phone calls. Their punctuality is good. They seem very professional. We would continue to use them in the future.

They did the job on time, on budget, and even rerouted a hot water tank exhaust without charge. I was so pleased I am using them on 2 other houses I own. In one property the furnace went off in the middle of the night-Issac was there in about 2 hours and stayed until the unit was working perfectly. They called the next morning to be sure things were OK. This is the best service we have ever received from any company!

I felt like I got ripped off. I had them come in for AC work. When they were in the process of doing the work, the guy was trying to sell me a new air conditioning unit. He was trying to tell me that the existing unit was bad and leaking. It works fine, and I haven't had any problems. They did what I asked them to do, but I thought it was overly expensive.

This is my second experience with Isaac Heating and their technician Kevin Traut. My first experience with Isaac and Kevin was in June 2011. Having had one of those horror stories with another service company I decided to give Isaac a try even though the prices are higher than most similar service companies; with this company I feel you get what you pay for. Tech Kevin found my air-conditioning and furnace so out of manufacturer's specifications that he spent hours bringing both appliances back into spec. Regardless of the time he spent the price remained the same. Our twenty plus year old air-conditioner worked this past summer like I remember it did when first installed. After this visit Kevin restored the ten year old furnace back to specifications and the heat output back to what it should be. There were no extra parts installed, no additional anything; just a dedicated tech who reset some switches and turned a few set screws. Something the other company failed to do over the last ten years.

Excellent. Plan to call them soon to schedule additional work that needs to be done.
