They did a very good job but I didn’t like the price. It was quite expensive. It was getting cold and I needed a new furnace, and so I didn’t have many options. I will use them again because I received the furnace from them; so for any updates or if I have any problems with it, I would have to call them again.

My old furnace failed. Service call determined that heat exchanger had developed large hole and was not salvageable. Purchased and installed new high efficiency furnace within 2 days. Had always done my heating/AC business with Isaac. They have always been prompt, knowledgable, and efficient. However, I have always been concerned that their prices are high, though the emergency nature of this event did not allow the luxury of competitive bids.

Perhaps my providing a "B" on price is just that I am unfamiliar with competitive prices. I called these folks on Christmas Eve with a no heat situation and had not previously done business with them. They arrived as promised and quickly in my opinion to a new customer and compounding that it was late on a holiday. The best part is that the the service man was able to quickly diagnose and correct the situation thus we had heat immediately. He was everything one wants in a service consultant: knowledgeable, capable, prompt and courteous! I also liked the fact that the company has several service people that live in the immediate area rather than in Rochester or farther away. The last company I dealt with, a very large company - Suburban, had to send a man from 60 miles away and was far less competent - see above.

They rescued me and took care of a problem that another company started. They are amazingly knowledgeable, friendly guys. They come as soon as I call. The supervisor has adopted me. If I have any issues, I can call him right away. He wants to make sure that I am happy. These guys are just fabulous. They are like my knights in shining armor. They are really good guys. They don't let me down and they don't lie to me. They are very accessible and I have the supervisor's direct phone line. They are just great. It's a great company. They came in and took care of somebody else's goof up which a lot of companies don't want to do. Everything is working great now.

Furnace quit sometime in the night. Outdoor temp was 20F so we needed a fast repair. Called them at 6:30 AM. Technician was at our door at 8:00 AM as promised. Took about 30 minutes to find and repair the problem. Very clean and very professional. Please be aware that the cost included a two year maintenance contract.

I did have to call them once in between cleanings and they were very prompt and solved the problem again with no charge. I would recommend getting the service contract. it has been well worth the money. The service techs are very professional, trustworthy and on time. I would recommend them.

We got a quote to install a gas fireplace. They tried to upsell me to more than I needed. The design they wanted to use to run the gas line was compicated and more expensive than other quotes I got. When I asked questions they stuck with their standard approach and didn't vary from it to creatively solve the problem. I called them because I generally see them as a high quality, reputable company but was dissappointed.

Isaac always does a great job. They call to confirm the day before, then the service person calls again before they arrive for the appointment. They also check to make sure you have your fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, which I appreciate. I have just signed up for another two years on the Gold Seal plan, so will continue to use them in the future.

We have three boilers in our house for baseboard heat (two) and an indoor pool (one). We had been using another local company but had grown frustrated with their inability to fix a persistant noise and then their unresponsiveness, so we decided to try someone else. We contacted the contractor who installed the system in our house and while he is no longer in business, he recommended Isaac. They came and cleaned and checked the three boilers. They were also supposed to clean the built in humidifiers, but they informed me that our particular units are no longer manufactured and parts are not available (no charge for that). There were several men in and out, but they were all very polite and professional and answered all my questions.Several friends had told me Isaac was expensive, but the price for cleaning was less than what I paid last year. They also gave me an estimate for new zone valves that was less than the other company had given me. I would definitely use them again.

This was our second cleaning by Isaac. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. The technician called before arriving to confirm, was on time, and very efficient in cleaning our gas forced-air furnace. He was willing to spend the time to discuss what he was doing and what sort of maintenance we could expect in the future, making me a more informed consumer. I plan to use them again in the future.

I had two furnaces and two air conditioners that were ~18 years old. One of the A/C units died and one of the furnaces was on its way out, so I decided to replace all 4 units at once knowing I could negotiate a bulk discount. I called in 3 companies to bid the job since it was a significant outlay for me. I had John Betlem, Paris Heating and Isaac all give estimates. I actually liked all 3 companies - they all struck me as professional, and I suspect they all would have done a good job. Ultimately, I went with Isaac because they did a whole house energy audit for free and spent about 5 hours at my house on a Saturday. I thought that was impressive. The advice they gave was good - less self-serving than I would have expected. They didn't come in the lowest on price initially, but when I showed them the lower competing quotes from Betlem and Paris they ultimately beat them both. They installed the equipment over 2 days. It's now been ~4 months since the work was performed and the system works great. Overall, I was very pleased with both the equipment and the installation/service. I would recommend them without equivocation. You will not be disappointed.

The technician did a comprehensive review and found blown fuse and brittle wiring. He suggested a two year contract which minimized cost and included a through cleaning this year and next.

I got an email on August 8th advertising a 20% off Air Duct Cleaning special if you scheduled a cleaning before August 31, 2012. I responded to the email on August 28th on the off chance that they might have any opening before the end of August. They didn?t. But, they fit me in on September 11th and still honored the 20% discount! I worked with the Residential Service Manager via email to get everything setup! I loved that she and I were able to communicate this way because I am not a phone person. The technician on the 11th was a female and a mom just like me! A second Issac employee came in the morning and at the end of the day to assist her in getting the huge vacuum in and out of the basement, other than that she did all the work! She was so very professional, personable, and thorough! I think this is the cleanest that my home has ever been! The technician showed me all of the dust and debris that she was able to collect at the end of the day! The process took from 8 AM until about 4 PM, and it was well worth the expense! I have only good and positive things to say about the duct cleaning, the technician, and Issac! I will definitely be calling on them in the future for all heating and cooling needs!

I was given a window between noon and 2 for the service tech to arrive, and he arrived between 1:30 & 2. He was very pleasant and professional in his demeanor. It took him a couple of hours to complete the job. When he left, everything was neat and tidy and we had a shiny new water heater ;) and it works great. The price with installation was about $100 more than Lowes or Home Depot, but to me it was worth it to know that if i had problems later, I would get good service. I would definitely recommend Isaac for water heater purchase and installation.

It was great, and they were wonderful. I have had them do multiple things for me, so I knew that it was going to be a good experience. We ran into some unexpected problems, and they went out of their way to communicate with me, protect my house, and take care of things as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I can’t say enough good things. We found some things in the house that weren’t their problem and weren’t their fault, but they made sure that the project finished, and that it finished in an efficient timeframe. So, that was great.

He put in my furnace. We have a maintenance agreement with them, every year. They clean the furnace and the air conditioner. I have used them for a few years. They have put every thing in, so they are the only ones I use here. They are always on time. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. I don't have any issues with them at all. They are great. I think the price is a little high.

They are very good and professional. A couple years ago they put in a new furnace and air unit. Every time they come out, every single employee is very professional and know what they are doing. Their price is very competitive. We have used them for many years and will continue to use them in the future.

They are really good in what they do and I feel confident in taking their recommendations. I’ve used them over the years and I am pretty satisfied with them. My only downfall with them is that they are expensive, but I appreciate their experience in their field.

I have used them for many years. They show up when they say they're going to show up. They are always timely. They are very professional. They were started by a local family and are a local company. I don’t have to worry about that somebody would rip me off and I have absolutely no concerns with regard to that. I can go online on to their website and schedule an appointment and I can even request for a particular guy to come over to do the service. They have a great online system. They are going to put a generator in my house and I'm probably looking around at a cost of $5000 - $6000.

We have been using them for quite a few years. I would recommend them to my family members and friends. They are a good company.

The pricing was pretty good. I'm having an issue with their responsiveness right now. They are supposed to come back and look at something and they haven't called me. They are not very responsive. I called them last week about 2 issues and they said that they would have to get someone right out to me and I haven't heard from them since. There was another issue with the gas line that they ran for my furnace that I wasn't happy with and I told them that I would like it to be changed and I was told that the gas line is really expensive. I don't really care as to how expensive it is. It was expensive for me to have this whole job done. If I'm not happy with the way the gas line was run, I would like it changed and that might be why I haven't heard back from them. Its 2 pieces when it should have been one. The punctuality of the workers was good. The installers were professional, but when I spoke to them on the phone they did not seem real professional. I would definitely use the installers again, but I would not do business with them again if I don't get a call from them soon. I haven't gotten any return call on the issue I'm having right now. I went through quite a few contractors and decided to go with them based on the presentation, price and the name brand of the merchandise.

I have a contract with them for twice a year maintenance. Their prices are competitive. The quality of their service is very good.

I would recommend their services to others. If I have to call them out more than once as per the contract they do not charge me for it. I would use them again in the future.

They are reasonable and reliable. Whenever you call them, they show up. They sometimes help you out without charging you.
