Had to shut off the furnace at 10 PM in subzero weather due to terrible noise. Isaac was there in just over an hour after calling them. John was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to make a temporary fix so we would have heat until he returned the next day with the replacement blower motor

The entire staff/team at Isaac was very professional. They would always on-time - or would call if they we're going to be delayed. The (30) day follow-up service to inspect the installation and check on the satisfaction of the customer, again was professional and pleasant. I am very happy with the work that Isaac has done and would recommend them highly.

I had sent an email asking for service and no one ever replied. After about 30 days I called and made an appointment. A week after they came out and did the work I was telephoned to make an appointment - SMH. Told the woman service was already completed. The actual service people are great. The people scheduling and reviewing emails need to fix their problem..

The service technician was on time, polite, and clearly competent.

They showed me a couple of air conditioner options for my house and discussed pros and cons. I did not feel preasured. They also discussed the cost of fixing my old airconditioner. There was a minor delay in getting the unit we wanted , but then it was quickly installed. After they left there was a problem with the airconditioner communicating with my existing thermostate, but they were very nice and sent several people quickly to get it fixed and working correctly. Despite the fact that they had several extra trips to make everything work correctly, they were very polite, worked well past 5:00, without complaint and did not stop or charge extra, untill ecvery thing was working well.

Thought it went excellent in every way. From the person coming down, to the installer, to the follow up.

The technician arrived to service my furnace and A/C. I thought I had scheduled a cleaning/service of gas fireplace as well, but it was not on her ticket. The tech said she had time to do both, so no problem and gave me a price. She discovered that the logs weren't configured according to specs for that model of fireplace, and proceeded to remove them all and reconfigure. It improved the flame height and placement and there was not extra charge. Isaac techs always take great care to keep the house clean & leave it clean. Very respectful & great service.

We have used Isaac in the past to install and maintain our furnace in the past so felt very comfortable in asking them to install an air conditioner as well. As expected we were not disappointed in their responsiveness and quality of service. I would highly recommend Isaac to my friends.

They did a great job, I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process from start to end. They were prompt, respectful of my home, and got the job done in a day. I feel comfortable recommending them to others.

The visit was for a routine maintenance of the central a/c unit. A service we signed up for when we had them install the unit. The tech arrived on time and that was last good thing that happened. He "found" a couple of "leaky" joins in the gas line. He scared me enough to get me to agree to the addtional $200 of work he "found" during our should have been free service call. My other half came home and was not happy. We live in an older home and believe all of the joins might seep a little. We allowed him to continue the work despite being pretty sure we fell for a scam. I had an appointment and had to leave which probably saved our and our pets lives. When I came home, our entire 3 story home REEKED of gas. When I called Isaac back, the person who created the call to have someone come out and check on the gas leak they created in our home, actually had the nerve to say "Of course, we will waive the service call fee." Like she was doing me a favor. REALLY!?! How generous. No charge to come back fix what they broke in our home. Outstanding customer service! When the same technician who did the original "repair" returned and assessed the leaking gas, he advised us "The join did not tighten." As if the join was somehow responsible for his FAILURE to tighten it enough to prevent gas from leaking. The best part was the compete and total lack of follow up by Isaac. No one called to express any regret that they almost killed our family and/or blew up our house. No one even made one of those routine follow up calls.

The salesman arrived right on time, and proceeded to look over my A/C situation. Since I have no duct work, (house built 1927) he offered a few different solutions. (ductless split, ductless split/ ducted furnace combination etc) He said he would get back to me in a few days with some pricing figures. That was the first week of July. It is now August 23rd, and the tech/installer from the company I did choose, is finishing up his installation. I'm still waiting for that estimate???? As a side note, I have used Issac in the past to service my boiler, and they did excellent work. I guess they must be too busy in the sales dept., so they have to turn work away

They did a very good job! I was pleased with the work that was done. Very punctual and thorough. I would recommend them again. I initially had Isaac come out to the house because I was told there was a gas leak on our grill. The gentleman that came took a look at everything that had to be done and due to the nature of the job, needed to forward the information onto his boss who was going to call me back in about a week?s time with a quote. I waited week and never got a response so I proceeded to call them to see where they were at. I was told that the person I needed to speak with was not in and that they would make sure to tell him to call me back. Another week went by so I called again. I understand that this is a busy time of year but a phone call so I had an idea what to do next would have been nice. Whomever I spoke with on the phone the second time told me the same thing as the first time I called. It took a third call in order to get in contact with this person. During that conversation, I was told that he still needed to look up some information for me. I was and still am very appreciative of the extra mile the person I was dealing with was doing for me. I needed to know what the codes were regarding the depth the gas line needed to be buried so that when RG&E came, would remove the red tag that was on our gas line. With this information in hand, I felt that would eliminate any questions as to whether the job was done correctly or not. Eventually I was given a quote for the job which was $300.00 for which they would re sleeve the pipe going thru the basement wall and change the connection going from the ground to my grill. I told them to schedule an appointment so we could go ahead and get this job done. When the technician had come over to do the job, it turned out that the sleeve was already around the pipe that was going thru the basement wall so that work did not have to be done. As the technician proceeded to go outside to do the necessary work out there, he realized he had the wrong part to make the necessary connections and had to call and have someone bring the correct part. When that gentleman arrived, it turned out to be the person that had given me the quote over the phone. I asked him since the work in the basement did not have to be done, would that bring the price down for the job that I was quoted. The response that I got was that he still felt that the job was correctly quoted since they had the wrong part and now 2 people had to come out to my house. (Which was by no means my fault). I would have been a little more upset about the price had they not been kind enough to give us a discount on our job since we had a gold seal on our equipment from them. That saved us a lot of money. If we wouldn't have gotten that, I would have been fuming. Things worked out great in the end. Did a very professional job and it looks wonderful and I am very pleased. I would only suggest to people that are considering to use Isaac to call them if you don't hear back. Be patient. They are pleasant and have an extremely busy work load. I would definitely recommend them but want people to be aware of my experience.

Our AC failed two days ago. We called Isaac and a service tech was out the next day. We learned that the AC could be repaired, but due to how it was installed all those years ago, another failure was likely in the near future. Although the tech was more than happy to fix the unit, he suggested we speak with one of Isaac's consultants about our current installation and options that were available. The consultant visited us the very next day. He spent time looking at the equipment and then spent about an hour discussing the current installation, its issues and offered three different options for us to consider. One of the options was to fix the current equipment and stretch out its life as long as possible. We decided to replace the AC and the air handler with newer technology and a better installation. The consultant was able to make a few calls and have the new equipment installed the very next morning.

They also have repaired the compressor on my outside air conditioner

The Isaac repairman was very friendly and he obviously knew what he was doing. On his cell phone he looked up the error code on my tankless hot water heater and then he proceeded to repair it expertly. He did maintenance on the unit - clean, checked & test all components. He made recommendations. Bryan said he loves working for Isaac Heating & a/c because they treat their workers well and their customers seem very happy with the service Isaac gives them. I'm a long term customer of Isaac and in the past if a manufacturer changed the specifications for their unit, Isaac has made the change and NOT charged me! They weren't even there for this unit but they always seem to check on everything . They don't just do the one thing you called them for, but if they notice anything else wrong they will inform you. This is why I luv Isaac heating & a/c. Bryan noticed my dehumidifier's filter was dirty. He changed my filter and washed my prefilter free of charge without asking because he cares about his customers and wants to do a great job. THANKS BRYAN FOR A GREAT JOB! This cost includes 2 year GOLD SEAL, vinegar flush HWH, install pressure reducing valve, service call($44.50) plus tax.

Service performed as expected under service contract.

Representatives and workers were professional, respectful and very informative. everyone wore booties t keep my house clean. when they did the installation, they had an extra worker with them and it seems he was an intern who needed some observation hours. I really didn't mind that but it might have been nice to be informed of it in advance. Whent he representative came for hte estimate I was very clear that the drain of the condensate had t go into my sump pump rather than the laundry sink. He said he noted that but when I went down to check the installation, the line had been run all the way across the basement to the laundry sink anyways. This is their default procedure. I'm glad I caught it and when I did, they were very apologetic and corrected it right away, but had I not noticed, it would have required a follow-up appointment. Some of the contractors who gave me estimates on the A/C specified that they would dig a hole and lay a few inches of pea gravel for the exterior unit. Isaac dd not specify this, nor did they do it. Instead, they did a bit of digging to level the unit, laid down a solid base and set the unit atop that. Now that it is Spring, I have ventured outside and noticed that the unit is not sitting level on that base, so I will need to call them to have that corrected. I honestly don't know how critical it is to have the exterior unit level, but i feel it should be corrected. Just noticed this the other day so I'm not sure how this will pan out. Their pricing was nearly the highest of the mid-range quoted that I got, (five estimates in all) but i wanted a well known contractor so I opted for the larger company rather than private contractors and have not regretted it.

They were very friendly. They walked us through the complete process on how they were going to build anything. Also, their layout was put up before they even did any work as well. We definitely would use them again.

We had an excellent experience with this company. Everyone from the secretary who scheduled the initial evaluation down to the installers that were out here putting it in were wonderful. They were friendly and down to earth, great people. Everything was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves if any messes were made. They made sure to stay and teach my husband and I how to use the new unit and were great about answering any questions we had.

I selected Isaac based on their competitive (middle of the pack) bid, their size (for service later on) and their ratings (friends, Angie's list, BBB). Original furnace installation went well, from my perspective. There was one miscommunication about a service in the initial quote that the installer was unaware of, but he called the company for confirmation, then performed the service. I would have given an A rating instead of B, but I had to have them come back a couple of times because the filler they used in the vent hole made through the cinderblock basement wall was coming away from the pvc vent pipes. They were very good about coming back to fix. On their scheduled check-up (that they initiate a wk or 2 after install), they found that the furnace was not installed up to their own standards so they corrected it. While I would have preferred it done right the 1st time, I appreciate that they have this follow up service and found and fixed the issues (that I wouldn't have known about). There were no charges for any of the follow up services. All the workers were very pleasant and professional. I got the same furnace as a relative in another area and I think my furnace is "set" better (theirs is very loud and blows hard all the time). Have had for 6 months and no problems.
