Went very well. Nick was very professional and personable. Explained what he was doing as he did it. Noticed a water leak and repaired it after going out to get the part. Part and installation of the part was expensive ($175) given it was a simple fix (pvc drain) but that has nothing to do with Nick. I was very happy with his work and professionalism.

Very well, Patrick rewired the pump so that it would always turn on when water was in the condensator. This is not an area that I totally understand and Patrick explained it in a way that I could know what was supposed to happen, why it hadn't and what he did to correct the problem. I pay Issac for a service plan which covered the cost completely and is worth every penny!

Larry Buscemi was my Sales guy; who was recommended to me by my Godson Nick DeRisio, Owner of DeRisio Construction. As soon as I made my first contact with Larry, I knew from that point on, I would be in good hands to get the work I needed done and done in an efficient and timely manner. Larry was at my home within a few hours, inspected the issues brought up by the RG&E Rep and provided an on the spot quote for services. Larry was not a "high pressured" Sales guy. He presented himself in a professional manner, presented technical information in terms that I could understand and was a plethora of information on what needed to be done and why! Crazy to say, but I felt that he was more concerned with me as an individual being okay, then making the Sale. How refreshing to say that in this day and age, right? Then to put "icing on top of the cake!" When Brandon L. showed up (the Installation Tech) what a guy. Courteous, respectful, professional and an all around ambassador for the Isaac family for sure! When the RG&E Rep came back to inspect the work, before turning back on my gas to the house, Brandon was still here tidying up. As the RG&E Rep was surveying the completed work, he paid Brandon kudos for the excellent job he did with the repairs and before he left he shook Brandon's hand. Needless to say, as a Customer that made me feel 100% more comfortable with the completed work, knowing that one professional to another was being recognized by his peer. Thanks to the Isaac family, after these repairs were been made, I felt comfortable to once again enjoy the comforts of my home!

After agreeing on a price, we selected our new shower surround and plumbing fixtures at VP Innovations and agreed on a start date. The project started on time and was totally finished within two weeks. The required demolition of the old tub and tile left some damage in adjacent walls that needed to be repaired. The repair work was professionally finished by plaster and drywall experts and left paintable surfaces after the shower was installed. Demolition took one day, and shower installation was done on the second day. Finish work was completed within one week. Some warranty work was done to repair a chip in the surface of the shower, and was completed in a timely manner. For the most part, the personnel, both Isaac-employed and subcontractors, were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The project coordinator, however, gave us a scare by phoning to say the payment check was destroyed. Upon my calling the main office in Rochester about that, the Isaac finance officer reassured us and issued a receipt for our payment. But for the misunderstanding with the project coordinator about our payment, we would be entirely satisfied with the job that Isaac did. Having said that, I would advise future customers to monitor the job progress and especially the payment process.

Very well. Ryan W. found a small problem that could eventually turn into a big problem necessitating replacement of the entire unit. He explained everything in detail and fixed the problem there and then. A great technician and a great guy!

My initial appointment was for my annual maintenance on my HVAC. He showed up on time and began the diagnostics on the furnace and was very thorough and patient during the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and provided advice and recommendations as he performed the routine check-up. During the initial session, he identified several leaks and he applied a temporary fix and a subsequent appointment was created. The same tech was dispatched and performed the permanent fixes to the identified leaks. Throughout both appointments he was positive, friendly and very helpful. His suggestions and explanations helped me better understand my system and impacts of environmental forces.

Anthony S. was punctual. He took care to wear booties in my house. He explained everything he was planning to evaluate and test. He reported to me all areas assessed and exactly what he recommended to improve efficiency and air quality in my home. I was given time to ask questions . I am very happy with the service and how it was carried out.

Great - Keith came in and after looking over the pvc piping came up with a solution to prevent the piping to leak again. I have had this problem a couple other times and the tech's just cleared the pipe but didn't address what was causing the problem. Thank you Keith for taking the time to figure out a solution!
