Isaac did a very poor job for me. Hours late for the first visit, second visit still didn't fix the problem, but by then Isaac had charged me 550.00 to fix my central air conditioning unit. They replaced two things and cleaned it for that amount. The replaced things (capacitor and contacts) were worn but functioning when replaced.) Then, the tech criticized the way the original installers put the unit in. I then pointed out that Isaac both sold and installed the original unit, to which the tech said, "oh, uh I'll look into that". I called an licensed electrician to fix it and sort it out. He found and fixed the problem within 10 minutes, showed me the part that was causing the ongoing problem, and left me with a running unit. It still runs fine. An Isaac customer service person did call while I was waiting for the electrician to arrive. He was wondering how my service was. I told him it was bad. He said Isaac stood behind its work, and I laughed. So, knowing that it did a poor job, didn't fix the unit, and charged me over 500 bucks for the experience, will Isaac do the right thing here? I have asked for nothing from Isaac from this, but neither have they offered anything in resolution even after subsequent email contact explaining the situation. Maybe the techs told management a "different" story, I don't know. Use Isaac at your own risk.

i had an A/C unit that was freezing up, i called Issac as they were a well known company and i thought i could trust them. Well let me tell you a great story! The tech came down and told me that my unit was shot, she could fill it but she was pretty spot on and could tell it would take 3-4lbs to fill and id be looking at $4-500 plus the $90 service call. If i wanted to do a leak test it would be $229 and if the leak was in the inside coil that would be $1700 to replace it then another $600 to fill the system back up. My best option was to get a brand new unit. Like a well oiled machine they had a sales guy out to my house in 2 hours looking to sell me on a $3700 new unit. At this point I have no reason to doubt them but being a consumer i needed to call around and get some other opinions. 2 days later i had another company come and tell me that i would be stupid to replace my unit, it had lost a tiny bit of coolant but nothing major at all and worst case he could put some sealant in to repair it. What Issac said woudl be $4-500 in a fill charge plus $97 (including tax) for the service call this guy did for $120 with the service call included!!!! i will never EVER recommend this company and i highly advise you to think twice before giving them any business. I know it may have just been a mistake but if you make mistakes that big i don't want you to work on my house or anything in it! if you need any HVAC work avoid Issac! I spent $97 to find out i was going to ripped off to the tune of $3700, dont let that happen to you. For the record after the tiny fill job my AC has been working great for 3 weeks with no issues so the leak is not large by any means and the system was not 3-4 lbs light as they claimed.

I've been using them for awhile. If I have an issue they take care of it.

I use Issac because of the quality of your employees. They are educated in their field, professional, courteous, do a thorough inspection, cleaning and clean up after themselves. Most of all due to a past furnace problem I had I know I can trust your company 100%.

excellent, as always. I've used Isaac for over 25 years, 17 as a Gold Seal customer. Their technicians have always been very polite and professional, and seem to genuinely like working for Isaac. I've always been satisfied and never had a complaint.

They were here June of 2014. It cost around $12000. It turned out pretty well, I'd have to say they did a decent job. There a little high on the pricing. They were right on time.

Service and advice were professional for a fair price. When I first called I did not hear back for a week and when I called back the mailbox was full. I did hear back and booked. When I wanted to change the appointment I left a message 2 days before and he showed up anyway. Too be fair his message does say because of high volume, turn around on phone calls would be 1-2 days. All in all service was completed.

Everything was great. The men worked hard and the job was done in a professional manor. They cleaned up after themselves. and every area was just the way we wanted it done. We couldn't be happier.

At each service the technician was skilled and knowledgeable in his area. Isaac Heating has several departments and each technician is highly skilled and experienced in his area. Each time the technician has given me his card, covered his shoes on entry to the house, been friendly and has informed me that another department in the company focuses on another aspect of HVAC but has not pushed for that service. The company has been in business for a very long time and serves a wide area of the region so that I can use the company for both my own house and a rental I have forty miles away. I would highly recommend the company and, very rare for me, cannot think of a single negative aspect of my experiences.

He was on time, a bit early even, which was good. He happily answered any questions I had, not only about the boiler but about water heaters.

Good, Courteous and professional service, but I think you pay a premium. I spoke with a neighbor who had just had their tank replaced (with the same model as ours) and it cost them $900vs. my 1,350. Isaac did redo the gas shut off valve and they guaranteed their work. I did not ask my neighbor if they had the same extras.

they did an amazing job; Isaac has a reputation of being more expensive than other heating contractors, but if they are the quality of their work demonstrates why; I would highly recommend Isaac.

Went great. I liked that they selected several people to ensure their work went wall. They've done other work in the past with heating inspections for us and we've always had good results. The workmen are professional and knowledgable. They are a little pricy but they are reliable and do good work.

while the gold seal service is not inexpensive, it is worth it to get prompt service and get the problem solved quickly......important to have a working furnice when it is 5 below!

Great service! The team arrived on time, cleaned the furnaces and offered other cost savings sugestions. I've used them several times since.

Replaced a part in my boiler that didn't need to be replaced. I put it back and then it worked it only needed a cleaning. They charged me $1000.00 for the part. I called them and told them and they said they already installed it and bought the part. Even though it was an unnecessary part they still did the service and did the cleaning that got it to work.

After miss communication on our initial appointment, and needing to reschedule. Our service technician was very polite, and worked very h****** fixing the issue on the same day he was assessing the cost of parts and labor. He made sure everything,that uses gas, was still in working order. He also recheck everything to make sure all the repairs made took care of the gas leaks, and no new leaks were created..
