They were on time,polite,courteous,and professional. We have used them for years,and service is always top notch. Great company.

Diagnosed problem (flame detector malfunction) and made the repair. Offered maintenance plan for both AC and furnace.

On a Friday morning we woke up with the house temperature at around 48 degrees. The outside temperature was about 25 degrees. I found that the furnace would not turn on. I called Issac Heating and Air Conditioning. Their service technician arrived about an hour and fifteen minutes later with two electric space heaters. He trouble shoot the mechanical, gas and electrical systems of the furnace. He determined that the electronic control module had failed. It was determined that the replacement cost would be about 15 to18 percent of the cost of a new furnace. This furnace was over 25 years old and did not have the high efficiency rating. We decided to talk to their sale representative about replacement cost. The sales rep arrived about an hour later with two more space heaters. He gave us what I thought was a reasonable replacement cost. During the discussion he asked about out air conditioning system. I had to laugh. I told him that the air conditioning unit was 45 years old and that we would say a prayer that it would run each spring when we turned the circuit breaker on. He said they had a promotion that if both the furnace and air conditioning were replaced together they would deduce $1,000 from the combined cost. They said that they didn't have the air conditioning system in stock (because it was winter) but they would have it the following Monday (2 day away). That would also allow the furnace and air conditioning technicians to work together on the installation. Could we tolerate the four space heaters for two days. The house temperature was now up to 70 degrees so we agreed. That Monday morning two Issac trucks arrived at 8:30 with all of the units. The air conditioning part of the installation was done complete by about 4:30. The furnace technician stayed until about 10:30 that evening and the furnace was running. The next morning an Iassc quality control technician spent an hour inspecting the installation and taking various measurements on the systems. The systems we purchased are and American Standard two speed gas forced air furnace and air conditioning system. A Honeywell set back thermostat was also installed. A small pump that collects and removes humidifier overflow, air conditioner and furnace condensation was also installed. The system has run perfectly for 2 years. I would highly recommend Issac Heating and Air Conditioning. Great company, great people, great products and great installation.

We were told by another company that we had CO levels coming from the furnace. Issac did a thorough check and found no CO and showed me the reading. I was complete relieved and very happy with his professionalism.

I called Isaac at 9:50 am to request service for my malfunctioning furnace. I was originally given a time window estimate of 12:00 - 3:00pm. A very reasonable time frame. The technician called me a 1/2 hour later and said he could be over in 10 minutes. He arrived around 10:30. He was quickly able to find the issue and repair the furnace. The technician was friendly and did a nice job of explain what he was doing while troubleshooting and what he found. It was amazing that on Christmas Eve (and a Saturday) that Isaac was able to repair my furnace, at a very reasonable cost, in less than 2 hours from call to completion.

The tech came out (for $97.15) and after a looking at it for about a half hour, told us he doesn't see anything wrong with it except it is old. He wanted $170 plus tax to "diagnose the problem." So what did we pay $90 for? The tech couldn't tell us what a new furnace would cost, and had us talk to someone else who first estimated $7000. We said no way, and he said oh, maybe $3500. We will be shopping around and absolutely not using Isaac. Enjoy my $97.15 Merry Christmas.

The cost was about $200. That was a deal because I have the gold seal membership. The gold seal membership is well worth it, it saved me $500 last week. The technician was wonderful, he double checked everything. He was very proactive and so he made sure that everything else was okay. I was very pleased. They are very responsive. They will come right out and try to make any immediate repairs. That was good because I had no hot water and I also had two gas leaks. I was very pleased with them.

I have used Isaac years. They are very punctual, polite and professional. I have used their Gold Seal contract for all service on my AC & furnace for years.

One young man came to our house on time at 8 am. He was professional, courteous and honestly a work horse. I couldn't believe how thorough he was. The service from Isaac is so much more than what some of the other companies do. When calling around, some companies estimated a couple of hours and it sounded like not much more than a vacuum cleaner stuck down each vent. The young man who cleaned ours was at the house until 5:30 pm and used a compressor, vacuum, etc. to clean. He also took apart and reassembled much of the duct work to ensure that there was nothing left behind. He left the house cleaner than it was before he arrived. I cannot recommend this service or this young man enough.

The flame was out and there was some water on the floor, but it was not yet an emergency. A sticker on the old tank said that there was no emergency charge after 8 AM on Saturday, so I decided to call right away and schedule for after 8. I called the emergency help line and got an immediate answer from a sympathetic and helpful person. Since I was not certain whether I wanted a replacement tank or a tankless unit, she alerted a project manager to call me after 8. The on-call project manager called me just after 8 and we discussed the pros and cons of tankless units, and I decided to replace the tank. He said that they would have someone there around 10 AM and gave me a price for the entire job. At 10 AM, a truck pulled into my driveway fully stocked with everything that he would need for the job. The technician promptly laid down canvas on my floors and got to work. He worked steadily for 3 hours and was finished and had fully cleaned up every drop of water by 1 PM. He inspected all of the gas lines throughout the basement and found two very minor leaks. He temporarily re-sealed them, attached an orange warning label, and notified me . I am planning to have them return for a heating system checkup, at which time they will do a final repair. He gave me a training session on how to light and maintain the new tank. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire job. The final price was almost $100 less than the original estimate. While there is a chance that I might have been able to get a slightly lower price from a plumber without as much overhead for the on-call phone support and project manager, I very much doubt that I would have had as good an experience or felt as confident in the outcome.

It went very well. They showed me all the spots that I was loosing heat. They gave me suggestions on how to reduce the heat loss. Cleaned my furnace and air conditioner. I signed up for their Gold plan on my furnace.

The service person. Re-ignited the pilot light, turned the gas knob and got the fireplace going. Did a CO test. Was here fifteen minutes and charged $168. I'm happy the fireplace is operable but think that the charge was extraneous. Service person then sat for about 25 minutes in my driveway after the service call.

Service Rep called within the three hour window provided. Called 30 minutes before arrival. He was clean, neat, informative and very thorough.

All was completed in one day, very professional crew, cleaned up before leaving.

I had been using the people that put the furnace in - Isaac Heating but it got expensive so I decided to try Napora.

Technician was on time, professional, polite, explained services, cleaned up after himself. Pleasant and comfortable to have him in my home.
