I have extremely high praise for Isaac and it's employees. I have a medical condition (M.S.) that can be severely aggravated by heat. On a Monday afternoon, I called Isaac and explained my unique needs. Of course, it was during their peak A/C season as well as late in the day. They went above and beyond to work with us, each step of the way. Every single person I dealt with was not only compassionate, but was familiar with my medical condition and needs, and wanted to make me the most comfortable as soon as possible. Tech Jon Presutti arrived at 7:45 PM (with no after hours fees attached!) and contacted his project manager, who called us at 8 at night to get the ball rolling. That project manager, Jon D'Angelo, immediately squeezed us in to his schedule the following morn. Jon D. was friendly, helpful and considerate. Not only did he help us find a plan that we could afford, he also helped us apply for a low-income grant wherein we ended up also purchasing a new high energy-efficient furnance for only $1000 more than the cost of the AC unit. Isaac's prices are competitive, but where they have the true edge, is in their excellent customer service. Every team member was very concerned about my medical needs and comfort. Our unit died on a Mon, we met with Jon D. on Tues, and thanks to his perserverance, we were scheduled for install within 24hrs. Jon D. is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to make sure all questions are answered and all avenues are explored. He was able to create a better install plan than currently existed (moving the new unit out of eye and ear shot) without increasing our bottom line. I never felt rushed, even though he was squeezing me in. He also made himself availble at all times of the day if I needed further assistance. The entire install team, led by Jeremy R., was considerate and efficient, leaving our home picked up and clear of any debris. I had just arrived home when they were ready to start, and a member of the team, seeing that I used assistive devices to walk, made sure to help me inside and that they were not "in my way" at any time. This was our second experience with Isaac and I highly recommend their services. In my opinion, you get the "feel" of a small, family run business, with all the perks and advantages of working with an established, larger company. I am almost saddened that I have no further HVAC install needs, for working with project manager Jon D'Angelo was a pleasure!

They are ok. They are expensive. you get what you pay for. They are expensive but they do a good job. I had a positive experience with them The service took a couple of hours. They are immaculant. They put rugs down and wear booties.

Jon is an expert in furnace and ac. He goes above and beyond service expectations and is very trustworthy in the home! He is a great asset to Isaac! Thank you!

Dale G. performed a very thorough inspection, testing, cleaning, and diagnosis (as applicable) of the humidifier, furnace, and central air unit. He was extremely professional and detail oriented, polite, and took time to explain what he was doing and what he found. This technician's demeanor and performance make it clear to me that Isaac selects, hires, and trains very competent employees who are customer focused and professional.

Our boiler broke and I called Isaac for service. I was very clear on the phone that the system was a boiler on an old cottage and that we needed someone with boiler experience. Isaac sent a kid with no boiler experience at all who was completely useless. He called back to HQ and request that someone with boiler experience come out and look at our system. Isaac charged us for both call, $120 for a kid that did absolutely nothing. I would understand if we didn't let them know n advance it was a boiler. I argue with the person at Isaac and even after threatening to do this and tell everyone I know not to use them, he insisted that I had to pay for both service call. NEVER USE ISAAC! Huether is awesome.

Great. He was polite, explained a few things to assist our maintenance efforts. and when he was finished everything was perfectly clean.

Brandon was exceptionally professional and pleasant. We were scheduled for between 3 and 6pm, but things were running late so he arrived, with advance notice, about 7, which is why I gave a B for punctuality, but would not want that in any way to detract from the fact that Brandon did an outstanding job. He took his time, was very careful and thorough, and after finishing first on the furnace and then on the A/C unit, explained to me what he had done, any issues or concerns he found, and recommendations to keep the units in good shape. I would use Isaac and Brandon again without hesitation.

Called late on late on a Friday night, and by 2:00 Saturday, I had my new heater up & running.

It took a little longer than anticipated as a new fitting between the dehumidifier and the pump need to be "fit." Done!

Nick was very professional and was able to determine the problem. He provided some input as to the cost of services and we discussed the option of putting money into my old a/c unit or installing a new one and the warranties and NYS rebates that come with the install of an energy efficient unit.

Installed new heating system and everything went great.

Troy did a thorough job analyzing what the problem could have been. He was extremely knowledgeable on the working of the furnace. He was very personable and we look forward to have him for any service needed.
