It went very well. The technician changed the filters and removed the old ones when he left. He was here for a couple of hours.

Fine. Heat ducts to some rooms were shut off in the basement. They were opened back up and everything is fine.

I am very grateful to Fernando Molina. He found a water leak in my humidifier . He recommended a pump and I purchased it . I did not want the water to affect the electric motor of the furnace. I have the gold plan with Isaac Heating. Fernando did an excellent job. He made other recommendations which I acted on. Fernando is very dedicated to helping Isaac's customers. He is very considerate, knowledgeable and especially polite. I would highly recommended him to anyone.

They were quick to respond and flexible with my busy schedule. The technician communicated he was ahead of schedule and would be able to arrive earlier then expected. He was very courteous and the repair went quickly.

Dan called me shortly after and was at my house by 5:30. He had the furnace operating again by 6:15 and fully explained what the problem was and what he did to correct the problem. I was very impressed with the response time and the explanation of the work performed by Dan. I would not hesitate to have Dan return and do more work if necessary. It also affirmed my faith in the Gold Seal program. The promptness also allowed me to attend an Amerk game that I had a ticket for that I thought I would miss.

Ben and Brian worked very efficiently and got the job done in good time. They were very accommodating and professional. We rated the job lower for punctuality due to their previous job taking much much longer than expected. In the future they will be better at keeping their waiting customer better informed as to when they would be arriving. Otherwise we are very pleased with their work and service.

Nick did a fantastic job of servicing my furnace and talking with me about any problems or future needs associated with my Isaac products. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man.

The job was performed efficiently and with s minimum of destruction.

Fixed the problem, just loose tank bolts. I would highly recommend Isaac. We had Isaac remodel our master bath and everyone that had worked on the project was so professional, polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. They are the only company I would use for any other remodeling projects we might have.

It takes a long time with all the equipment that needs changing but they do an excellent job. Glad I have the Service plan.
