The tech was able to use/install the ignition kit I had newly bought and get the pilot going in matter of few minutes.

Wonderful. The gentleman called at 7:46 AM to say he was on the way for an 8:00 appointment. Asked questions on what was happening. He proceeded to check the furnace himself. Showed me exactly what the issue was and what he needed to do to get me heat. Did a temporary fix and ordered the parts with my permission. Tech was on time, professional and a joy to deal with.

Excellent, as always. I've been using Isaac for > 10 years and the professionalism of all the different techs that have visited my home and business is impeccable. They are either on time or they call to let me know they are running late (not typical, but sometimes they get into a difficult situation at a previous call). I highly recommend them.

I felt that Mike did a great job both servicing the furnace and checking with his office to get helpful information for me. He also located a gas leak, which he was able to fix. I was very pleased with this service, so I got the Gold Seal service agreement.

Tech spoted small oil leak which was causing intermiten noise when fan ran. Noticed fan was turning too slow. Replaced moter and works great.

Shane arrived and quickly identified a broken, expensive ($400.00) part that was no longer under warranty. A large, unexpected expense. He was sympathetic and did what he could to make the visit, which was already billed at $119.00 as efficient as possible. He repaired and refurbished one fireplace and refurbished the second one as well. I bought a Gold Seal ...kind of pay in advance product that I have put-chased before from Issac, so next year will not be as expensive. I thought Shane was very professional and managed my financial upset as well as any could have. Since I'm a retired psychotherapist, I know what I'm writing about.

Excellent. The technician, Steve B called a half hour before he was supposed to arrive to inform that he was on his way. He was very courteous, professional and thorough.

Turned out to not be a leak. He ofered to help solve the problem but I chosed to do it myself. He was very thorough and professional.

In this instance he found a problem and a part needed to be replaced. He did so after checking first if we had the time or if we wished to re-schedule for that purpose. His time estimate was spot on, he explained proper use, and was very professional. I often question the wisdom of keeping the maintenance contract. Then I am reminded why it is worth it. If you remain in your home long enough, it will pay for itself.

Dale [Last name removed] spent the time necessary to figure out the problem on his first visit, and even though I needed 3 parts, he was able to get my furnace working until the parts could be obtained. When he came back, he did a great job getting it fixed and was very thorough in making sure everything was working properly. He explained what he did and made sure I understood. I really was impressed with his level of professionalism. Everyone I have worked with at Isaac has been great, but Dale really stood out among a group of very professional technicians.

Jon took his time and was very attentive to the furnace. He kept me informed on what was going on and he also found a small gas leak which he repaired. I have used Isaac for 30 years and have been completely satisfied.

This actually happened at the beginning of last season and I wanted to give it some time to make sure that the problem was actually fixed. I had Isaac out to look at the fireplace of the house we had just moved in to. It would usually turn on and then turn off shortly later. The tech arrived and the first thing she said to me was that she can't help us because it is ventless. It is a direct vent fireplace, so it is vented. I told her and she continued to look at it. She did one test and told me that the good news is that it isn't the gas valve. She poked around some more, tightened the caps on the wires under the fireplace and thought that fixed it. It ran for a few minutes and shut off, so she decided it was the gas valve, I believe it was around a $700 repair but she told us we should consider replacing the whole unit. The visit was about $170. We paid, she went on her way and I ended up looking around and finding a break in a wire leading to the thermostat. I replaced the wire and the fireplace worked fine. I called and was eventually connected to a very angry manager, I believe his name was Jake. He argued with me for a while and I gave up as I got nowhere. The fireplace ended up not working again fairly shortly so I figured shoot, maybe they were right. I called another company to take a look and I figured replace the gas valve. Before the guy even came in he house he told me that there was an issue with the venting on the outside of the house. He confirmed all was good on the inside and made an adjustment to the vent on the outside, apparently someone had screwed a plate down on the top of it that shouldn't have been closed all the way. Problem solved!!! The flame was just being smothered. I told him the story and he said it's not he first time he had someone who used Isaac that had been steered wrong. I had thought maybe it was just a bad tech but he made me thing there may be a pattern here... He didn't even charge me! It has been going strong ever since, going on a full year. It is concerning that the Isaac tech didn't see the issue with the venting. The supervisor I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional and it was clear no matter what I said, he was right. I feel like this could have been resolved if he just had another tech come take a look but he chose to argue instead. Shame on you for trying to sell unnecessary repairs.

Very professional. Arrived on time and protected the floor from inside and outside. They did cut the electricity without warning us but this was the only glitch. Very polite and respectful. Installed in one day. Unit appears to be working well.
