Ralph, Shari and Nick were all awesome too work with. Highly recommend this company. Thank you for the quick response to my request to meet and review the services you offer and how quickly you were able to install the hidden pet fence! Weather was horrible but Nick was a pro and did the job! My pups are now safe and I can be at ease knowing they are staying in my yard.

Everyone I had contact with were very friendly and attentive. Response time was timely. They didn't try to sell, they were looking out for my best interest and my Corgi's.

This is a friendly, professional and supportive team that stands behind their product. Owner Ralph comes to the house to explain the product and train the pet, installer and on going on the ground support, Danny is wonderful with pets and knows how to accustom new owners to the use of a hidden pet fence, and Sherri in the home office is pleasant and accommodating to on going concerns. A good product and an expert team. Highly recommended.

We recently contracted with Hidden fence to install a pet fence for our "runaway" dog, Jake. Everyone at Hidden fence has been very helpful, from the owner Ralph, who came out to explain the process ,to the girls in the office, who were most helpful with any questions we had. Mike did the install and was very professional ,extremely friendly and was very helpful with the training process. We are in the early stages, but are quite confident that this is going to be a great investment and that Jake will be happy, safe and contained while still being able to roam his domain. I have been a Hidden Pet Fence customer for thee years now and it has made life with our 110+ lb golden retriever awesome. We recently moved and had to relocate our fence. Working with Shari was a sheer pleasure and her coordination and scheduling couldn't have been easier better. Mike, once again was our installer and my dog remembered him from his last visit when he brought a treat for him. He was very professional. neat, organized and knowledgeable. He did a great job. Several people in the neighborhood have already stopped and asked about the fence. Hopefully more business for HPF!

We've had our fence for about 2 weeks now and it's working out great. After using a DIY kind of invisible fence many years ago, Ralph answered all our hesitant questions at our initial appointment and helped put us at ease at trying a different brand. Our installer Nick was great and very friendly. Our dog, Paige is coming along nicely in their training program and is loving her new found freedom in the yard without a leash.

Great communication and on time. I appreciated Ralph and Nick’s knowledge, understanding, and helpfulness. One-on-one doggie training was great. Nick reviewed what we needed to do in the weeks after and had written instructions as well. We adopted a “roaming/street dog” from Puerto Rico and she’s doing great and understands her boundaries. Highly recommend.

We researched different invisible fence companies in the area but are very pleased we chose Hidden Pet Fence. They were very helpful with training and answering any questions. They are always very prompt to answer any phone messages you leave. We have had no issues with replacing collars when they stopped working. When I broke our fence line weeding they were prompt to come and repair. Overall it is great company and we have been more than happy with the product and the service.

got a free quote and advise on the wire placement, hired them and they did 3 training sessions. Even my stubborn dog stays in the yard. They added the front yard as a different zone for no extra cost to prevent him from darting out the garage and front door, yet the back yard zone keeps him in the back...was an awesome idea to do it that way instead or one big yard zone. Each time we had an appointment, they were clean, uniformed, professional and on time.

we have had the fence for a week now and my dogs are doing great! From Start to finish they were very professional & very nice. The guys that installed the pet fence were very nice and explained everything to me and even made suggestions. I am very happy so far with the service

Matt was great and answered all questions , It has been 2 weeks and after he turn up the volume things are going very well

He is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable of his job. He was very helpful in the training of my dog. He did every thing he said he was going to do in a positive way. He listened to what I needed to happen with the project. He was always on time. He came back to fix what I had damaged and came the very next day and stayed until 6pm that night.
