Description of Work: Genessee Glass came to the house, measured the top of a desk for a glass top, suggested a different color of glass to look better, and then took another mirror to be replaced from my antique vanity. They came right when they said they would, and delivered both new pieces exactly on time. Both pieces are beautiful - well cut and finished. All the employees, both on the phone and those who came to the house, were friendly, polite and professional. We will definitely call them again for any other glass work we need.

Description of Work: I had a broken window panel replaced from a rear entry french door. They were punctual, prompt, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely call again if I need work in the future. Barry even tried to save me some money by trying to explain how to replace it myself. I appreciated his honesty and that goes a long way.

Description of Work: We broke a window in the house and sought out a window repair outfit. We heard about this company through Angie's list and saw that they received good reviews so we asked for an estimate on the broken window and also a window that was cloudy (air leak) and another window that had a crack. They gave a reasonable estimate and sent over a person who was punctual, neat, and did the job very well.

Description of Work: A large mirror (approximately 4'x7') fell off the wall. I called Genessee Glass. They gave me great instruction in the best way to clean up the mess. Ordered the replacement, since the falling mirror cracked the countertop we needed to wait for the replacement countertop to be installed before the new mirror could be installed. As soon as I knew the date the mirror was installed the next day. The check our other mirrors to insure they were secure and installed anchors for one other mirror. They were excellent and easy to work with

Description of Work: They measured a table and chest top for glass placement. Two weeks later they called and said that the glass was in and set an appointment for delivery. They came, polished the glass, set it and cleaned up. All in 20 minutes.
